Worst of the worst, the endless delays, hollow replies, the inferior products. Shocking

I ordered 3 kits from the on-line store on December 6th for Christmas presents for my grandchildren. I was advised a week later that one size was out of stock but that the other would be delivered in time for Christmas. Having chased several times by email with no response, I have had an email to say they will be delivered on 28th so 2 of my grandkids will be disappointed on Christmas Day. (I ordered the out of stock shirt from Puma instead and received it 3 days later!). The level of service is not what I would expect from City and I will not be ordering from them again (even though I have been a fan since 1968). So disappointed

I preordered the treble winner jersey in June 2023. Estimater shipment was Nov 24th. Still no shipment. I know the jersey is out. I have tried to contact the omline store now 3 times and no reply from them. So so dissapointed of the customer services and obviously i have to go out and buy another christmas gift. At least the team perform better than the customer service.

Ordered some items on 13th Oct, still not arrived a month later. Email support takes 8-10 days for an answer (claims 2 days), when you phone them it says they are too busy and disconnects. I finally discover via email that the items I ordered are now out of stock, and was helpfully told I can cancel my order myself. Absolute useless jokers, City really need to review who they're using to service their online shop as this reflects on them very poorly

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Had an email saying my order would be delayed, and then nothing. Eventually managed to contact customer service, which was a bit of a mission. Spoke to a lovely rep there but there’s not much they can do. Apparently there’s a “system upgrade” which means…what? No orders gets shipped? Still no news on shipping. I’ll never buy from them again, absolutely ridiculous.

Like other buyers this is the worst online store I have ever experienced. A ridiculously late reply to my email asking where my late order is, nowhere near within 2 working days as stated. Got fed up waiting and ordered elsewhere. When my order finally showed up I went to return the unwanted items and discovered I have to pay nearly £8 for the privilege!! Absolutely disgusting money grabbing company.

I recently ordered a man city top for my Grandson's birthday paid express delivery. I had no email or update two week's later I still have not received anything, my Grandson's birthday has been and gone. I've contacted Man City and have been informed they are upgrading their systems I cannot request a cancellation or see where my order is. This is most unsatisfactory.

Man schitty is right! Worst online retailer I've ordered from in the history of the Internet. Ordered and paid for a jersey (not custom) - a week later they send me an email that it is out of stock and order is cancelled. Took them a week to realize this. Of course, I'm still waiting for a refund. BTW, the outfit that runs the shop is Stichd Sportmerchandising Bv. I would find a more reliable partner.
