I recently used Mannleys for the sale of a property in Telford. Aaron came to do the valuation, immediately understood the situation and was able to advise accordingly. Within a few weeks I had accepted an offer, Danielle really helped mediating the price discussion in a really professional way. Ashleigh kept me fully up to date during the searches/contracts period with regular emails and phone calls. Its little wonder these green and pink boards keep popping up all over Telford! These guys aren’t the cheapest around, but I can honestly say I feel it has been money well spent.

I felt there’s was a lack of communication, we found that had to ring to inquire about updates. From experience other local estate agents ring on a weekly basis to keep clients informed and I think this would be something to consider as communication is key for all parties involved in the sale or purchase of a property
