My son worked four days in December on a short term contract.
Unfortunately myself and his Dad contracted COVID, therefore he had to isolate. Of course due to this by the time he was out of isolation the contract had ended.
He still hasn’t been paid for these days, despite several emails and promises of payment.
Truly disgraceful. We will be seeking further advice.

Don’t even deserve one star.
So Amy recruited me on Facebook advertising 9.30 an hour up Royal Mail, worked a week and a few days fell ill, tried making contact nothing was ignored email and call wise, My pay well underpaid and just excuses and paid less that 9.30 an hour, constant battle for my money which they owe, avoid!

Worked for manpower was told it would be 11A.M till 7P.M ended up being 2pm till 6pm lied to from the interview
They are working for the post office who are even more chaotic their vans are unsafe to drive

My boyfriend works for the Crawley branch and does not get his emails answered or call backs when promised.
He also hasn’t been paid his correct wages for the past 2 weeks. He has tried to call them today but no avail.
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY

They will take emergency tax from you even though they have your p45 and details. You never get a full weeks wages as the "joinedup" system is poor and wont pick up your hours even though youve entered them correctly. You will be drip fed wages, bit by bit, as CHAPS only pays you a percentage of your weekly money to you. They do not reply to your emails. They talk to you on the phone like you are a moron.They will do nothing about any complaints you have. Not a covid safe environment. No one wears masks. Manpower are a useless agency supplying decent, hardworking people to a shambolic Royal Mail who treat you like a piece of meat. Shocking agency. Awful manager at RM who rules the roost, all other managers afraid of him. Corrupt through and through. And nothing will be done about it. AVOID manpower and RM. Together they are a combination from Hell.

I've had to give them 1 star as I can't give them less!
there are the worse agency I've ever worked for, no idea what is going on, pay roll is always wrong, at first never answered my emails, STAY away from this company, I've worked with 6 others who all had the same problems, MANPOWER ARE A JOKE

What a crazy company! Forms forms and more forms! Ridiculous amount of crap? Won't accept a p60? Won't accept a company phone number? So stressed after signing up im really not sure I'm going to turn up for work on Monday. I've done 2 days. £4 per day to park the car im not sure im going to get paid.

Complete JOKE of an agency!!! 3 times this year I've dealt with them when applying for certain roles, get all the way through the application process then they either go quiet or just fob you off with some crap reason as to why the jobs no long available.

Today I had a email from Julie Harris to say "I found your cv online & I'd like to INVITE YOU to apply for a role I'm recruiting for"

So I waste my time rushing around filling their poxy forms in just to get rejected again?!

Why invite me to apply in the first place?!

Absolute shambles, couldn't organise a p*** up in a brewery. Get emails wrong, ask you to fill in forms multiple times, don't get back to you or fundamentally don't understand what job you're inquiring about and send you on a wild goose chase. Waste of time!

So I'm a trucker in his 50s. I been an agency worker for a good 20 years and ran my own ADR driver agency for ten years. Signed up for this lot. Jesus what a waste of time. There are other agencies out there. This one is top of my list to avoid AT ALL COSTS.

Beeing new in UK, after 6 months of unployment, hundred interviews, ManPower found me a job that I love. Things moved fast. Friday they called me to schedule am interview with they’re client. Monday I had the interview and Tuesday, an representative of Manpower called me to inform that i’ve been hired. The Manpower representative send me all the PDF’s, answered all my questions, I read the terms and conditions and how they charge and that's it! No fuss no mess. Everything is clear. Happy with Manpower. I truly recommend, but first read all the terms and conditions, ask relevant questions and you will be happy as I am.

terrible organisation. worked for them once in a position where my employment rights were being clearly abused and did absolutely nothing. then sided with the organisation they were hiring for. Other experiences include applying for a position and being told I had been put forward and then seeing the same position advertised by a different agency a few weeks later but still being told My application had been put forward and I would receive a call soon. Turned up to another interview on their behalf where it soon became clear that the recruiter had just sent me to get a payment for my attendance

Their slogan is 'All the Talent in the World'

Maybe some of the contract staff that work through Manpower can be classed as talent. Certainly none of the incompetent cerfs that work directly for Manpower can be called talent or anything close to it. Avoid at all costs!
Every email from them starts 'Dear Worker', that should tell you something too...

This 5* review is for Jason who works as a team leader for Hr Go at Royal Mail Atherstone. Manpower (Hr Go) it’s self is as poor a service as it gets for a recruitment agency but Jason has worked hard at trying to help and organise staff, he really is a credit and I hope Manpower (Hr Go) in future concentrate on hiring guys like this rather than the shoes and no socks brigade.

Totally agree with Sophie. Very unprofessional and all they think is about themselves and not helping the people that work for them. Very disappointing !

Have been spamming me with the same copy and pasted message on a number of accounts, most recently my professional website. It's gotten to the stage that they're kind of stalking me to try and offer me a terrible "opportunity". Terrible practices, unprofessional, and unseemly.
