I again attempted to go to the Samsung Corporation website, as I was instructed multiple times in past 2 weeks of attempting to get problem resolved. And sneaky DECEPTIVE "JUST ANSWER" TAKES OVER WITH SUCH EASE AND DECEPTION, I WASNT EVEN AWARE I WAS NOT TYPING MY ISSUE TO SAMSUNG PRODUCT SUPPORT. AND THEN, ONCE AGAIN, AFTER WASTING MORE PRICELESS TIME EXPLAINING IN GREAT DETAIL THE ISSUE I AM HAVING, ETC. ETC. AND I MIGHT ADD, POINTING OUT ONCE MORE I HAVE NO MONEY!!!!!!! AND JUST LIKE IT SENSED THE WORDS I JUST TYPED, UP POPS THE ENTER YOUR CC INFO THAT I DONT HAVE AND FOR $5 THIS TIME....SO ARBITRARY???!!! WHY? I WOULD MAGICALLY RECEIVE MY ANSWER.
