After purchasing my last sofa from eBay (not this company) and it been rubbish I was abit reluctant to buy offline again but after reading reviews I thought I’d give it a try and I’m so glad I did ordered 5 days ago and my sofa turned up today it’s lovely and sturdy, the delivery guys were great and friendly, got a phone call yesterday telling me it would be delivered today then delivery guys text this morning to give a rough time for when they would be here! Would definitely order from them again! Highly recommend!

This company have been just awesome
This company have been just awesome. I had to delay my delivery for over 2 weeks and they held off and waited for me to be ready. Delivered withing the hour slot they gave me and credit to the delivery drivers as getting the sofa in my house was really tricky but they did it without complaining. They where polite and covid safe. The sofa is just lovely. Thanks again for a smooth easy transaction. For anyone reading I bought the full back verona corner and 3 seater is and it's perfect for my family x

Was okay
The customer service over the phone was amazing. They answered all my questions and gave me so much information. The customer service of the delivery drivers were absolutely terrible. An hour late, rude and miserable when the got here. They didn’t put the sofa together properly which resulted in one part now being broken. Only let down was the delivery guys

Love love my new sofa the whole process…
Love love my new sofa the whole process was very easy and it was so easy to put together and looks great and it's very comfy. The only thing I was disappointed with was the delivery. We live in a 3 storey town house with the living room on the 2nd floor I thought as I had said on the order needs to be delivered to 2nd floor the guys were going to take up stairs but they did not they dumped in hall and went. It's a good job I had 2 strong sons to take upstairs,otherwise it would have had to stay in hall until my husband returned from work at 10pm hence the reason for the happy and sad emotions 🤗🙁
