Minor issue but not good enough
Ordered two tile samples (2x£1.99), but only got one. On the invoice, found a scribble: "not available". No "sorry". No "reimbursement to follow". No explanation whether this means the tiles are not available, or just that the sample.
If you take money for something (even if it's just £1.99) and cannot deliver, shouldn't you at least OFFER to reimburse? Im not too bothered about the money lost, but it's this kind of cavalier behaviour that makes me want to buy my tiles elsewhere.
