I cannot recommend Marcello Riccio highly enough. From the moment I placed my order, the entire experience was exceptional.

I ordered a pair of cufflinks for my wedding, and unfortunately, shortly after placing the order, I was informed that the design had unexpectedly sold out and needed to be produced. As my wedding was approaching (as I ordered the cufflinks kind of last minute…), the team went far beyond what I would normally expect from a company to help me receive them in time.

They stayed in close contact with their workshop, expedited the production, arranged a dedicated shipment, and continuously monitored the delivery. Throughout the entire process, the communication was excellent — professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. It was very clear that they understood how important these cufflinks were to me and did everything they could to make it work.

And it did! The cufflinks arrived safely just in time. They also included a lovely card with their wishes for my wedding, which was such a thoughtful personal touch.

As for the cufflinks themselves — they are absolutely stunning. I already knew from the photographs that they would be beautiful, but seeing them in person, they exceeded even my expectations. The craftsmanship, details and overall design are simply breathtaking. They are exactly what I dreamed of wearing on such an important day.

I am incredibly grateful to the whole Marcello Riccio team. They truly went above and beyond for me, and I could not have asked for a better experience.

So happy with my purchase of the 2.5ct Tanzanite and Diamond Ring. The color of the Tanzanite is beautiful and the stone is of high quality. Customer service was great, kept me up to date with the making of the ring and send photos of the finished product before sending all the way to Australia.

These folks were very flexible, considerate and timely in their dealings with me concerning a Christmas gift for my wife. They also make beautiful jewelry which has become my wife’s favorite!

I went to see Marcello who really gave us the personal touch.
Initially I was alone as I wanted a fabulous surprise for my wife's birthday. Of course I left it a bit late but Marcello went through everything with me fully explaining the differences in the special product I was buying.
