They were great about exchanging a pair of malachite hoops that were the wrong colour to go with an existing piece of jade jewellery I own. Unfortunately, while photographing that jade piece with a malachite hoop, the earring fell to the (wooden) floor and shattered. They were unable to take back the unshattered earring but did offer to make a new pair at a slightly discounted price. They did also to offer to remake a match for the shattered earring at a heavy discount but there was no point as it was the wrong colour to match my jade piece.

This was one of the best online purchases I've ever made. I was looking for cufflinks and studs for a gift, but couldn't find quite exactly what I wanted. I ran across Marcello's store in my search and what I saw was pretty close. I sent a message regarding possible customization and the response was fast and to the affirmative. The cufflinks and studs are absolutely beautiful, exactly as I'd hoped. And they arrived in time for a birthday trip myself and the recipient taking!

Delighted with my ring. Unusual design and finely crafted. A perfect fit. I desperately wanted it in time for a family event and every effort was made to fulfil this. For which I am most grateful.

I came across Marcello on Etsy. I decided to purchase a diamond script ring from them and was more than pleased with the result. The diamonds are super sparkly and the ring itself, has a good weight to it. The price was very reasonable compared to other jewellers who were charging a lot more. They offer layaway which makes it even more affordable. Nicely packaged with a 10% discount code thrown in for further purchases. Highly recommend 😊👍

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Marcello Riccio. Francesca was so helpful in answering all of my questions before I went ahead with the purchase and I was even able to change the metal of my ring from white gold to platinum, at a very reasonable cost. The ring was engraved with my chosen text so delicately and the packaging made the final piece a joy to open.
