I ordered a product at the beginning of the new year... after multiple emails, I was told it was cancelled by their shipper due to an incorrect address ( complete Lie)
I then was told the policy was a credit of a third of the price or a replacement product... tolerated the bullshit and said ill take a replacement...that never happened... after multiple emails and massive patience, I finally received another email - 20 plus emails now... saying a new product was shipped and I would receive shipping details shortly... still more BS.
I have now escalated this to my credit card fraud department for a full refund... Trust me this company is a complete scam and has zero interest in doing legitimate business... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

you'll receive sincere (fake) emails from David (made-up name) will apologies and claims of the resolution, all false weak promises... Because of companies like this, returning to Amazon and local stores is the only way I will shop. I will never respond to an Instagram / Facebook advertisement again... it is all just rip-off companies with zero accountability.

So disappointed... The order date was the beginning of January... now march 16th over 100$ was spent on nothing but emails..

I ordered a Harry Stone jacket, size XL. It was way too big, so I ordered a Large and went to the Marcus website to request a refund for the XL. I sent them a photo as requested and... nothing. No response. I called and left a message. No call back. I sent an email requesting a refund, and received no answer. Their customer service is horrible. By the way, the jacket is well made, but the sizes are confusing. The Large fit me in the shoulders and around the waist, but the sleeves were still too long. I had to spend another $65 to have them shortened. All in all, it was a bad experience. I'm glad I have the jacket, but I'll not order from them again.

Ordered a Harry Stone Jacket for a trip, they said 11-day delivery and it has now been 22 and has been in customs in Vancouver for 3 days. I should have done my homework on this company they reply very politely but nothing happens, they also with not return my money. Dont waste your time with them.

The lack of transparency in regards to shipping and delivery is unacceptable.
What a disappointing experience.

Very good quality materials and fit. Color contrast was great to make the jacket stand out.
So great quality, fit, and style.

Can I go lower than 1? Ordered in January 2025 and nearing the end of February 2025 still no ETA or purchase. Horrible customer service. Requested cancellation and refund and denied. Reported as fraud with CC company. Likely a scam avoid at all costs
Update jacket finally arrived today 3/12/25. Not the best quality but what do you want for $74. Cancelled claim with my bank since it arrived.

The product is just what I wanted. Looks like it’s made well. Took a little longer than I thought to get here but it’s here. Can’t wait to wear it out

The order process was simple and I was kept informed along the way re:tracking.
The product was excellent which is a rarity today with on line shopping. I would recommend Marcus and Co to all

Tracking info after shipping notification was received by me and indicating that falconexpress.org had the parcel has not had an update for ten (10) days. Requests for info to Marcus-store and falconexpress.org have gone unanswered. Telephoned Marcus-store this morning and got recording saying they are very busy and will call back. No responses are worrying about validity of this business.

Jacket was a little slow in arriving, but it was a nice product that fit perfectly. The price was very reasonable.

These guys are the worst. They will send you products from and address in the USA and if you want to return something YOU HAVE TO SHIP TO ITALY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. I did so, paid the $35 postage, and then THEY REFUSED THE RETURN - TWICE!!

I don't understand how this company can accept credit card payments. They are clearly behaving with fraud.

The jacket I paid $75 for is not the right size for an XL, the zipper is an unattractive metal color and the jacket is too thin. It took forever to arrive. I requested a refund and got no response. Looks like another cheap Chinese ripoff.

Received jacket 8 days after ordering it. Fits great and well made plus styling is outstanding.

The jacket was well appreciated; service was also good.

The merchandise is attractive and seems to be of good quality. Shipment was a little slow, but these jackets are for spring and we are in winter (even in Florida) right now.

Once you product arrives they don’t care about the customer. Return shipping is worth more than the product. They want you to pay for it. Ridiculous. Wouldn’t buy a thing from them again.

The two purchases I have made have been filled perfectly. The items are of excellent quality, fit well, and look great. The delivery time was reasonable.

After three tries at trying to get the correct size and color I finally have two of the correct size jackets but I only have one jacket that is the correct size and color. The second jacket while blue I wanted the brighter blue. After spending over two hundred dollars I am fed up with ordering and trying to get everything. So, I am done.

My order took longer than expected but the quality was superb. Unfortunately the family member i gifted it to does not appreciate fine items and gave it back to me. So sorry for them. Great item though.

The jacket I ordered was very nice and made well, but the size ran a little small and I had to order another in a larger size. The return policy instructions were confusing - especially when it said that I could keep the jacket I ordered and receive another in a different size - but there was no way for me to do that on line, so I just bought another.
