I had a very good experience with Marcus Store. The website was easy to use and the team was great about checking in to make sure I had selected the right size of jacket. Delivery was speedy. The jackets I ordered fit perfectly and the quality is superb.

They have an excellent product. The customer service was considerate and timely.

Company is a scam operator.
They send you damaged unwearable cheap goods.
You can return but it will cost you more than you paid for goods.
Buyer beware!!

Received my jackets and a little disappointed that they arrived from China and not the UK but the jackets certainly resemble a Harry Stone original. The tracking of my parcel was not a good experience, it provided me very little information. However; my jackets arrived, late but they fit and are the correct color.

Scam co China based NY fake store front will not return calls or e mails jacket has not arrived tracking # provided is not any good.They have my money and I did not get the jacket I ordered,buyer beware!!!

The Marcus-store customer service is the best I've ever encountered on-line shopping! We ordered a Harry Stone Jacket and received the wrong jacket. After contacting them, David was assigned to our account and was very professional and prompt in answering our questions and concerns. Two weeks later we received the correct jacket at no cost to us. David kept in contact until we received the new jacket. The quality of the jacket is excellent and it fits perfectly! We will definitely order from the Marcus-store again!

Shocking customer service.
Jacket arrived and very nice the watch never arrived and the packaging had been tampered with ....I complained and after many weeks they decide I should take it up with the courier!!!!

Appalling service and I would not touch them with a bargepole in future. ORDER AT YOUR PERIL!

The customer service was great. However, the product and the policies are not. The product that arrived from ordering a jacket online did not match the label/graphic of the picture, in which, the words were changed to Jeep Spirit. Not the biggest deal. The jacket arrived with a defect/issue where on the the arm sleeves is inaccessible as it is sewed improperly with some elastic band issue (essentially you can not stick your arm through one of the sleeve and therefore can not wear the product) despite the product itself being defective. Which requires a return to for a refund/correction. However based on the policy, shipping is covered by the customer. In which shipping during purchase was not bad, however, shipping the product back to the manufacturer is hundreds of dollars as it is overseas. In conclusion, if you purchase a product from them and the product is damage, defective, or just doesn’t suit your preferences (size) you won’t be in a great position as you’ll likely have to pay hundreds to return it.

I ordered two Harry Stone jackets in size “Large” on 29 Mar 25. The jackets were delivered to my doorstep on 8 April 25 in the expected time. One of the jackets was marked “XL” and not a good fit so I contacted Marcus Customer Service by email and was asked to provide photos of the jacket. Within two weeks, I received a replacement jacket - a quality jacket that fits great and looks great. Customer Service was prompt, courteous and professional at all times and deserve the five star rating. I intend be a repeat customer and would recommend Marcus to others. My husband's jacket came on his Birthday! He loves it and it fits perfectly. We are very happy with the Marcus jacket. David kept me informed through the process.

Just received and very perturbed! It's advertized as Harry Stone Jacket made in UK. What a crock. I got scammed because what I received is a no name brand not indicated anywhere where it was made. I happen to read Chinese and the shipping sticker had Chinese Characters indicating the colour of the jacket. This same made in China cheap jacket is sold at Amazon.ca for $38.99 CAD called the Harrington which is exactly the same as the one I was charged $97CAD. I realize I should have been more careful but returning it just because it is made in China is obviously not part of their return policy. Live and learn the hard way. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

BEWARE…DONT BUY! Marcus Store is just a Chinese or other East Asia country front. These jackets are not made in the UK nor do they have a US store. Product is shipped via low cost providers from the Far East and takes much longer to arrive than they state. Once the product lands in the Country, they use “no name” couriers and play games saying "your address is not deliverable", then no one was home, etc. Customer service processes you and is useless with no action ever taken. After 20+ days, the jacket finally arrived and was thrown on my driveway in front of my lanai. The over-priced jacket was made of cheap quality materials, had loose threads and smelled musty. I would gladly return it but doubt I would ever see my money. BTW…the same jacket is available from Amazon at half the price! DON'T BUY!

Just received my jacket from Marcus Store and very pleased with it good quality and fit. So despite many negative comments the only slight downside was the delivery time about 24 days

I have never ordered from Marcus before and won't hesitate to do so again. The quality and price is terrific but what really puts them over the top is the customer service. I've never seen better! Courteous, prompt and helpful- what more could one hope for!

I just would like to say the customer response was fast and extremely helpful when ever I had questions. I purchased the Harrington for $74.00, and let me say the quality was great, the stitching was tight, no loose threads or gaps. I am very particular with the clothing I buy, and I will not hesitate to buy from the Marcus Store in the future. Thanks.....Paul

The items I ordered were good bargains (jackets). They were well-packed and arrived within a reasonable time. The socks were a nice bonus.

These guys were great to deal with. Highly communicative and always helpful. Love my jacket too, of course, but the customer service sets them apart.
