I love the hand cream
I love the hand cream, it sinks in beautifully and is not greasy. It is early days yet, but I do feel my hands softer, so hoping this will get even better with daily use. I would recommend Margaret Dabbs, and plan to buy more of the products. Delivery was prompt, and items safely packed.

Need to do better! Great products but DX delivery service…
Great products but DX delivery service certainly not up to Margret's exacting standards, nor was the telephone customer service line . I rang , left a voicemail , being told someone would ring back. They didn’t. I followed that up with an email which repeated verbatim virtually every word I used commenting on the couriers, deliberately omitting the part that Margret Dabbs customer service did not get back to me. My package was not delivered , despite being at home. No knock at the door . I had to rearrange the delivery , once again no knock at the door ; my parcel was left on the doorstep, got soaking wet in the rain. I tried to contact MD customer services again , couldn’t get through to a person again , saw no point leaving a voicemail message as my experience is they do not call you back .
Disappointed, to say the least.

Good Service. But not sure about efficacy of product
Good Service.
The foot cream product has instant transformation of feet but unfortunately this is not long lasting. I have been using for a few months. and the condition of my feet if I leave creaming for a few days remains the same.
It is ruddy expensie.

Not really fit for purpose. The foot scrub arrived having separated…
The foot scrub arrived having separated into two substances - liquid and solid, and the solid was so solid that it was impossible to mix. On complaining, and having provided the required photographs of product and batch number, I received a reply to the effect that the product was intended to be thus. Really? My previous experience of foot scrubs is that they come ready to use, without the need for industrial scale mixing.
