Lovely Swarovski item
I bought a Swarovski Christmas item from Market Cross Jewellers and it arrived on the expected date without any problems. The item is beautiful. It was extremely well wrapped, could have been dropped from a great height and wouldn't break. The item was in an official Swarovski box with certificate. I have bought items from this company before and have never had any problems. It was a great price too, much cheaper than buying from Swarovski online or from one of their stores. Would recommend this company without any hesitation.

MCJ Watch purchase - Great experience
From initial contact (via email), to a couple of calls with Matthew to discuss some watches, my whole purchase experience has been fantastic with MCJ. I wanted to view a couple of watches and Matthew was extremely helpful in holding these for me until I could visit the store. Upon arrival, the watch sales staff (Steven, Martyn and Jill) were most courteous and helpful, taking time to explain the watches and most importantly, no pushy sales tactics. Would definitely recommend paying them a visit.

Longlines Hydroconquest.
Absolutely fantastic.Purchased a Longines hydroconquest watch, at a great prices on the internet. Called the shop and asked to have the delivery delayed a few days, This was no problem at all. The watch was posted on the day I requested and received the following day, excellent packaged and with all documentation.

Customer service excellence
I was looking for a specific Seiko watch and was struggling to find a stockist. I emailed Market Cross and received a reply within minutes. They reserved the watch for me to try, advised the branch where it was held and arranged a personal appointment for me. I was given a friendly welcome in the store (quite rare these days!) and all my questions were answered. I purchased several Swarovski items which were delivered promptly to the United States, much faster than items I’ve purchased closer to my home in Tennessee. Correspondence from Adam at Market Cross Jewelers has been prompt and pleasant. Will definitely order from them again!

Ordered a link. They sent a cheaper one for same price. Wasn't happy at all. Apparently, it shouldn't have been that price online and didn't have it in stock anyway 🙄. Didn't think to email and ask did I want an alternative, until I received the item and I'd complained. Ended up getting it free.

Hi, thanks for leaving a review. I can only apologise for the mix up with your order. It was a genuine mistake, as the wrong picture had been put on the charm's online listing. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we were happy to offer you a refund on the full order. We emailed you with correspondence once we realised we had made an error. We hold our hands up and say sorry, but we feel we acted with care after we realised we made an error.

I ordered my G-SHOCK watch and it was in my hands within 24 hours – super fast delivery! The watch is perfect, and Market Cross applied the official Casio discount automatically, which made the whole process really straightforward. Couldn’t be happier with the service – very impressed and will definitely buy from them again.
