After a few issues regarding a delay in stock/delivery and communication, the company reached out to apologise for the unfortunate delay and have been helpful in hopefully rectifying the problem. I look forward to receiving and gifting the item.

Advertising items that aren’t in stock. On this occasion this was a coeur di lion bracelet, which I paid for, and 2 days later no communication as to dispatch etc. Chased up via email but no response. Phoned up and they advised the item isn’t in stock. It is still listed on the website with next day delivery.

Edited in response to the reply: thanks, I appreciate the response and can see you’ve now removed the product from the website. Hopefully you’ll sort the stock issue as it is frustrating for the customer. That being said there is some beautiful jewellery on the website ☺️

We visited the Market Cross Jewellers ( Northallerton ) .
We were served by a lovely and friendly lady called Jackie .
Jackie advised us on some Swarovski earrings .
We had seen the earrings on the Swarovski website and noticed that they were in the sale and Jackie
checked this which we didn’t mind and more than happy for her to do and very kindly honoured the sale price for us . Jackie provided us with excellent customer service and was a pleasure to deal with . Thank you Jackie .
We always find the staff in MCJ Northallerton really helpful and friendly whenever we go in . Thank you again .

I ordered a watch that would see me qualify for next day delivery. Fast forward 4 days and still no communication from them. I emailed them asking what the situation is and I got a reply saying my watch wasn't in stock.

Just wanted to leave a review for the great assistance I received during my order for a Tudor Watch. I had an idea about what I wanted m, but had a lot of questions going forward. Nothing was too much trouble for Matthew and my questions were answered in depth and professionally. I was always kept up to date on my order and also needed advice on how to change my strap and which was the best tool to use. Again, my questions were answered perfectly.

If I ever decide to buy another watch, I would definitely use Market Cross Jewellers again in the future.

Very disappointing company, ordered something for my partners birthday only to be told a week later that the ‘inventory and website’ weren’t up to date and they had to cancel the order. If you can’t make your website and inventory marry up then you shouldn’t be selling online

My engagement ring was a little sharp on the claws. I telephoned, and I spoke with an employee who explained it would be looked at instore then they would ring me with a quote.I said great I wasn't committed to anything.A few days later my hubby took it in for me and recieved a totally different story.
They charged him £24 to start with, and then it had to be sent away, which I was told the repairer was instore. Make your mind up anyway Hubby paid the £24 left my ring and details and came out He explained the situation which I wasn't happy about.I received a phone call for the quote of £185😯 I nearly fell through the floor.
They would take the £24 off which is nice of them NOT.
I can't afford that sort of money it's daylight robbery.
My advice would be if you want a repair go else where

I went to Market Cross to buy a special watch, which I have wanted to have sine the first landings on the moon.
My late, elder brother had one given as an 18th birthday present. Since then I fell in love with the Omega Speedmaster, "Moon watch".
I went in last week to look at the watches as I knew there were two versions of and of course, different prices.
I was met and attended to by Stephen, I couldn't gave wished for a better sales person.
He was incredible knowledgeable about the brand and type of watch I was interested in. He gave me a detailed history and improvements of the watch.
We had both versions on the tray in front of me.
I explained the very personal reason for wanting the watch, which completely respected.
After long discussions, and no pressure, I put deposit down for the watch I wanted.
Stephen name the process very easy abd I felt I was the only customer in the world abd the choosing and buying experience was exactly what I wanted.
I collected the watch today and I as given a further, unrushed delivery of my watch. He went through all the paperwork and warranties.
I walked out of the shop extremely happy with my dream purchase.

I called in to see if my Omega watch would work. They tested it with new battery but no luck. Helpful advice on repair, plus extra detail of metal and watch number. No charge. Very kind people.

I ordered a Sekonda Hudson watch, and was unfortunately met with an email informing me that the watch was out of stock. However, I was offered a further discount on another watch, or a full refund.
I was guided through the process and have nothing but praise for the customer service team.

Brilliant company whom I have dealt with for years. Always go the extra mile to help with friendly, knowledgable staff whether it’s a premium watch to a piece of less expensive jewellery. A great in store experience, thank you once more. 5* everytime!

I recently visited the Teesside Park Branch of Market Cross Jewellers and was blown away with the level of service that I received from Isabelle and the team.

I had an issue with setting the time on an old G-Shock watch that I had recently replaced the battery on and after multiple attempts I decided to accept defeat and take advice from the experts.

Baring in mind this watch was circa 10 years old and I hadn't purchased it from this particular branch, however this didn't deter Isabelle and her colleague in trying to help. I left the watch with them over night and I received a call the next day to say that they had managed to sort the issue out that was preventing the time to set correctly.

Isabelle presented me with my watch and said that there was no charge ! .. Wow !!.. I cant remember the last time that I received such a great level of customer service.

A great experience , dealing with nice , knowledgeable and professional people, which is hard to find these days.

NEVER USE THESE CON ARTISTS!!
I was shocked by the poor customer service! next day delivery not arrived even after 6 days and this is after they've advertised a free next day delivery and then charged me £6 for the pleasure.
when called customer services their assistant manager put the phone down on me! Poor company guys! don't do this to yourselves!

From first contact about a product, speedy lovely reply, placed order on strength of reply, very next day order arrived and it was placed in the afternoon, arrived with box, pouch and leaflets, thank you for an excellent first class service

Ordered on Fri delivered fully tracked on Monday in Scotland.

WARNING! The staff at this shop are totally dishonest and have ripped my sister off £100 on scrap gold! Also the long haired female told me a watch wasn’t gold! I took it elsewhere to be told it most certainly was! You aught to be ashamed of yourselves! I’ve never met such dishonest people in my life! DONT USE THEM!

Having bought a watch that needed extra links.I visited mcjewelers the staff couldn’t of been more helpful they sourced the links which were free then fitted them for only a nominal fee so I offered them a tip which they said they couldn’t accept so this is just to thank them for their service.the shop was in Hartlepool so a big thanks to the staff

I ordered a ring which I have had my eye on for months and this website was selling it for half price! So I thought I would take a chance and order it.
Well it was the best thing I did. I ordered on a Saturday with next day delivery. Taking into consideration the weekend it said it would arrive Tuesday.
I got an order confirmation email straight away. On Monday afternoon I had en email to say the item was dispatched. My account was updated with a tracking number and my item was delivered by 1pm Tuesday.
Amazing service and my ring is beautiful. It arrived in a lovely box too.
Very pleased and will definitely order again.
