Disgraceful product. Cheap synthetic upper, harsh plastic soul with a cheap cork look moulded on top. Incredibly uncomfortable and the upper glued pathetically onto the sole. Avoid. Avoid.

Gave one star as could not give less. Don’t buy from them. Completely false advertising. These shoes are not orthopaedic. They are cheap disgraceful shoes not even worth £5. Shame on you Marley Shoes for having the lack of customer care to even bother sending them out.

I have just received my shoes . It is nice colour ( light green I had asked for light blue . The shoes is not the same style or not what in the advertisement.
The material is not leather suede. Cheap material . It will not last long , it will be in bin as soon as it gets wet by rain . It’s not comfortable.
Please do not buy any of these shoes from this company or China companies.

I’m so annoyed with myself that I for once didn’t check Trust Pilot before buying.
The shoes are not orthopaedic they are of really poor quality and not even worth the ‘sale’ price.
I originally asked for a refund as the sizing was wrong - too small. They replied saying they would send the right size. I then told them they were poor quality. They asked for description and photos which I sent. Unsurprisingly they are now ignoring me.
They have the British flag on their website, making it appear they are a British company but they are in China I think and shipping takes ages.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Shoes arrived wrong size!! Have been trying to send them back for refund and asking for returns label but no luck with this. Wish I had known about this company before ordering, looks like I am not alone and will have to put this down to experience!! and a very bad one at that. Marley shoes you are a positive disgrace, your site should be removed.

Absolutely pathetic shoes which are not fit for purpose. To get a refund you have to email them, it then takes on average a week for them to respond. Shambolic customer service, possibly one person checking emails when they can be bothered. They spout the same nonsense in their replies and they also require photographic evidence of the shoe's "defects"?

They advise that this is enough information for you to return the shoes to them even though there is no postal code on there, and they are flat-out refusing to give one.

One star is too much for this disgraced retailer. “ leather, orthopaedic and mancrafted” should read cheap hidious nothing to do with orthopaedics. Do not be tempted to order from this website, the shoes are not as advertised. Cheap, plastic rubbish. When trying to contact the company to return and get a refund, the request is simply ignored. The odd email asking to explain what the problem is, then an offer of a discount on future purchase (no way!) It's an absolute joke and lesson learned!

How I wish I'd seen these reviews before parting with £30 for very poor quality shoes, my experience same as all the reviews here. Not even 1 star. Did anyone ever get a refund? Guess they don't care so don't bother refunding, knowing there's not much you can do.

Shoes received are a poor fit (& poor quality). After a few attempts to contact to request return and refund initially meeting with rebuff, delay, suggestions of discounts on a further purchase instead have now received the following ‘joke’: ​

What a pile of rubbish, The shoes are so bad i cant even give them to the homeless. Never order from them. they don't even reply to emails.

Shocking customer service. Squashed shoes poor quality look plastic. Still waiting for 30% refund ignore emails. False advertisement pictures look nothing like when receive goods. Been emailing for weeks get the odd reply of apology but no action.

Fantasticly comfortable shoes. I have a condition called post tib disfunction in my right foot caused by a damaged achilles tendon pain is almost gone when I'm wearing them. I will be buying more

Orthopedic NOT !

Foolishly ordered some orthopaedic trainers through an Instagram ad and when they arrived (from China, of course) not only was the sizing laughably incorrect, but they stank of volatile organic compounds. The stitching and materials were also poor and the edges were unfinished.

Customer service is basically non existent and they want you to return the product to China if you want a refund.

This is a scam site that’s been stuffing trust pilot with fake reviews. Everything on their site is fake.

Wish I had looked at the actual reviews on trustpilot rather than the ones they publish on their website! AWFUL experience. I still maintain the the shoes look awesome, but they took almost a month to arrive and when they did, the quality is poor AND even worse, the sizing is totally out. I was excited to find out these shoes went up to a UK size 10, but when they arrived - even though they say EU 44 on the back (which is a UK size 10), they are probably a size 8 and I couldn't fit my feet in them. Exceptionally disappointed. The customer service has been DREADFUL and even though these shoes are faulty with the sizing, they are saying I need to pay the postage back - which amounts with tracking to just under £20... (if I sent it untracked they would probably say they didn't get them back) or they can give a gesture of goodwill and refund me 30%? Seriously avoid, avoid, avoid. Total rip off and disappointment. I am going to contact trading standards or whoever will listen to my complaint!

Wish there was a NO STARS rating. Stay well clear of this company. Total SCAM. Order a size 9 as recommended to go up a size on their website. They arrived: made cheap, smelt, orthopedic DEFINITELY NOT and a size 9 of a child. Refund is to pay to return to China and its got to be done in 30 days. STAY AWAY FROM MARLEY SHOES
