Marshall Artist Opiniones 

Got lots of marshall artist but I never buy from them always get it from Scott's. Lots of my friends have had loads of problems buying direct from them also if possible try on first as the sizes are all over the place.

After seeing a lot of negative reviews lately, I was hesistant with purchasing a jacket from them. After taking the risk I purchased a soft shell jacket and was given a tracking number and confirmation straight away. I was updated throughout and received the jacket within the delivery time frame. The jacket was in perfect condition and I have no complaints with the process.

No confirmation
No tracking
No updates
No replies to emails ,website doesn't allow order or account details to open
No product delivered ,no phone numbers ,and son paid with bank card

Delivered on time (3 working days) great quality soft shell jacket.For first time checking the brand is all perfect 👌

Products are good when they are received as advertised. Have multiple items from them but twice I have received damaged items. They did offer to replace or give partial refund, so that is nice, but 2 order with defects is a bit unusual when compared to other brands in my experience.

I'm sure they don't have very high sales and that's why I don't understand why they answer 10 days to e-mail, and don't send orders, close the website

I recieved my order very pleased but would of give 5 stars if had a report or confirmation of my order

Fast delevery BUT. Bad details, bad stiching and stains on my jacket... happy that it was on sale tho.... bought for 150 £.....

Poor customer service, they clearly have no intention of helping the customer whatsoever.

Very good brand, good quality with true size fittings on most items. Tee shirts are great quality and affordable. they also do a lot of nylon jacket almost like a stone island style jacket and its a fraction of the price and good quality too.

Great value, quick delivery.

Ordered a jumper, website is messed so they take my payment twice and don’t confirm the order. Have sent them 2 emails in the last week and called a number of times to get this sorted an no response whatsoever. It’s a shame because the clothes are nice but the customer service has just totally ruined the image of this company for myself and other people it’s actually disgusting how much neglect this side of the business sees. Once the bank returns my money won’t ever be buying from this company again

Got a gift for Christmas which doesn’t fit and was looking to return for a refund but not an answer On their phone , nor and email in reply to mine sent ? What can I do as 30 is nearly over ?

Terrible service.

Really like the brand but would recommend nobody ordering from this company. Must have tried calling 10 times in the last week during their 'open hours' with no answer. I have sent 4 emails over the past 2 weeks with no response.

Want to return my coat, been to two couriers to send back and both have said the address Marshal Artist have provided on the returns form does not match anything they have on their records and therefore cant send it.

So now stuck with £135 coat, and of course by the time anyone actually gets back to me the 30 day returns period will have been and gone.

Quite possibly the worst customer service EVER!

Absolutely shocking. 2 out of three items arrived but charged for 3. telephone number rings out, no response to emails or messages. no acknowledgement that your enquiry has been received, I hope this brand loses popularity as its taking advantage of a market trend to exploit customers. next step the bank to ask for the payment back.

ordered a pair of shorts and they came with no badge at all so are now looking like a plain black pair i could of ordered from any site despite the website haven shown the shorts with the badge attached

The quality is really good..i mean you can compare the quality with stone island and C.P Company also i think the price is fair comparing to stone island where you will have to pay £500 for a jacket but get the same quality. Just one think i would appreciate is that you should make the sizing a bit larger ..so i suggest to go a size up.. everything else is perfect.
