Blue Oyster syringe
I was sent a Blue Oyster syringe, and it arrived damaged. The replacement was sent out the day after I emailed Martian. Beautiful customer service. This is my third purchase from Martian Mushroom, and every time, I have received excellent, top-quality service.

One sterilised bag arrived with a 3cm…
One sterilised bag arrived with a 3cm hole in it, so sterilisation was compromised. The company sent me a replacement bag and an additional liquid culture which arrived within 2 days of contacting them. Excellent customer service and support, thank-you Kaz.

Excellent customer service
I've had several grow bags in the past and can say that they very rarely fail to produce. The one time I had issues, the customer service was excellent. The problem was not the product but my inexperience. They helped me every step of the way which was very much appreciated.
