Great service, quick and well packaged.

i bought a kit from them i got next day delivery but didnt come untill a week but after i got in contact with them they gave me some free spores and come the next day which compensated also great customer service thanks.

I ordered. They dispatched it. It arrived. Wallah!
Good example of how purchases from websites should be.

Just wish they hadn't ran out of the spores I wanted but hey-ho, ill just have to order some more in the future.

Came very fast and was packed neatly would definitely recommend if your just starting out very easy to do i though it would be a harder process then it really was but it took less then 5 mins to do what needed to be doing

As a first timer i was very unesy when my order arrived with parts missing but after getting in touch they restored my faith in them because they replied in a fair time frame to my messages and they apologised and took on board my concerns, they sent extra in the end to make up so i am happy at this stage, i like their online guides and they do give feedback to your questions on it all.

High quality grow kits. I found them easy to use. Good for the first time cultivator. I will be back.

Just have to say i was abit nervous at first, but the service i recieved was amazing.. answered all questions... resent emails if needed.. fast replies.. fast delivery... didnt ignore any questions no matter how stupid.. i wasnt the easiest customer.. but they handled me perfectly and i will deffinately be using them again but with more trust..

Used other companies many times before, have never been happier with the service of these guys. Delivery was quick, considering ordered on a weekend.

Have not started yet. It's been calling me for a while but never done it before. But package came in good time and it's ready to go. Just need to bite the bullet and ride the rainbow. Bit scared but can't wait.
