Chocolates given as a gift, quite good quality, not quite Hotel Chocolate but I'm not reviewing them.
Presentation excellent,
Taste good, after taste acceptable, would I buy some, possibly but as we have access to discounted Hotel Chocolate, doubtful.

I was gutted to have bought several boxes of these chocolates for Easter gifts thinking I was buying a premium brand as a treat for my family. If only I had read the ingredients first! High sugar is bad enough but to include palm oil, sunflower oil and rapeseed in an expensive brand is just down right criminal - I might just as well have bought other high street brands. You have just poisoned my family and I feel one guilty Mum!

Cheap nasty waxed chocolate, the same kind you find in children's 30p packs in newsagents.
You are essentially buying the shapes, not taste or quality.
The amount you get is frankly laughable for the price, the chocolates are in a deep tray but are painfully thin .
My advice, buy 4 Mars bars, you'll get so much more for your money.

Im really shocked to have come on here to see all these negative reviews. My husband got me a box of these chocolates through Amazon and it’s been the best chocolate i have ever had. Each chocolate is unique and amazing in a beautiful box. I was so impressed by all the unique flavours and the appearance. It is truly luxury chocolate. I will definitely be asking for these chocolates again as a gift option.

Bought for Mother's day, delivered 1.5 days after ordering. Excellent quality and packaging too, Mum loves them 😉

Absolutely dreadful response to a complaint I submitted due to my husband choking on a piece of sharp plastic within one of the chocolates he had purchased for me for Valentine’s Day. The response to my complaint was condescending, evasive and told me to contact Environmental Health as they were certain my version of events, which are absolutely true and accurate, would not have occurred in their opinion. They washed their hands of any issue blaming the chocolates being imported from Belgium?!… This is hardly the luxury brand they sell themselves as & I will be taking this matter much further.

Terrible …. I ordered 2 boxes of chocolates only received 1 box tried to contact them via email , live chat , and phone call and nothing customer service none existent it’s a good job I paid through Clearpay as I had to reach out to them for my refund which they sorted for me .ive never had a response why I never received the second box of chocolates what I ordered so I won’t be ordering nothing again

The Dark Chocolate collection tasted amazing...yummy!

Charged me £30 for one tub of chocolate shavings. Said they would refund part of my order as the other 2 larger tubs were "out of stock". 2 weeks on and I haven't received a thing and also have had no reply to my email to customer service. Avoid at all costs, disgusting.

The chocolate quality is subpar, with a majority arriving in a damaged state even dirty

Spoke to someone called Phillip who was very kind and helpful....and gave me a free gift to make up for paying postage....but when parcel turned up,the 'gift card' I paid £2 for was just a plain white sticky label...not impressed! 4 stars is for Phillip

The perfect gift for any occasion. Beautifully packaged, and a lovely treat for my anniversary.
My only criticism is that I wish that there were more in the box, as my children couldn't keep there hands off.

Bought these Martins chocolates as a treat, truly awfull and in a cheap box too.

Myself & my partner decided against buying Easter eggs this year as I'm not really a chocolate person so decided to treat ourselves to a box of good quality chocolates,although I'm not a fan of chocolate & thought we'd try something different & we was very pleasantly surprised...they are different flavours in a excellent way & we will most definitely be ordering more in the future,makes a excellent gift for family & friends so thank you & we can't understand the bad reviews,more for those that appreciate that something special 😊

I thought ld give them a go and what complete rip off do NOT buy! Ordered “LARGE” egg, it’s clearly “SMALL” lm unable to add photos but take my word for its it’s small and below average, alongside the tray of 9 tiny average to poor chocolates that came with it l could have bought 5 Thornton Easter Eggs with Chocolates for the same price in Tesco AVOIDED postage and saved a load of money, however l was looking for something if a high quality at over £20! This is NOT Hotel Chocolat, feel like a mug mass produced cheap chocolate dressed up on web site in to be sumthin it ain’t, more fool me for not reading TP reviews 1st.

Chocolate is yummy, unfortunately the customer service is non existent. A box that states 30 chocolates only contains 26... and the box was sealed! Poor response from company via Amazon and then nothing!

Fantastic chocolates, really enjoyed all the fruity flavours. Don't know why people are slating them but far better than thorntans by a mile. Worth the cost.

The chocolates were packaged completely differently to the photos, I bought them as a gift but luckily checked them before wrapping them. The taste and quality is poor, I wanted to try a British chocolate brand but will be going back to Belgium chocolates for now.

The most disgusting, cheap tasting chocolates I have ever eaten. I had to quickly eat a piece of fruit to cleanse my mouth, as I could not bear the after-taste. I can't imagine why these are sold as being some kind of gourmet item, as I have truly never tasted any chocolates quite as nasty as these. Never again. So glad I didn't buy them as a gift, as the recipient would be so disappointed.

Received a Father's Day gift ordered through Amazon. Chocolates arrived melted to the plastic tray indistinguishable and inedible and had to be binned. No concern from the company.
