Always Great Service.
We have used Martins for our appliance and kitchen purchases for around 20 years.
This most recent need was for a new washing machine to replace our well used Bosch, which after 20+ years of service to our whole family ( muddy sports kit and all) had finally broken.
We were advised by the staff at Martins, that Siemens washing machines were the best for our budget and purchased our new appliance with confidence.
This new Siemens washing machine is excellent, it was also delivered and installed within a few days. Ordered Saturday and delivered Monday by the same guy that delivered the Bosch 20 years ago!
Martins were happy to take away the old washing machine too for a very small charge, saved us a trip to the tip!
We would always recommend Martins of Hawkhurst to our friends and neighbours, their sales and service is second to none.

I’ve used Martins of Hawkhurst for several purchases now. They always go out of their way to ensure items are delivered on time. Their staff are friendly and helpful and the delivery drivers actually take care delivering the items!

I recent ordered a selection of home appliances over the phone with Martins, these included a Quooker, Bora Pure Hob, bosch dishwasher and Siemens washing machine. Scott was excellent and helping me understand what was readily available and once order held the items until needed in my new extension. Excellent service and support throughout. A highly recommended appliance supplier.

Really pleased with our new kitchen, thanks to Martins. George was most helpful with the initial planning and identifying new appliances to meet our needs. Mike was also very helpful with detailed aspects of the design. The installation team, Patrick and Phil, took great care removing the old and installing the new kitchen and appliances. Very happy to recommend.

I've been a customer for nearly 20 years now. The customer service is always excellent, I would never go anywhere else.
When my dishwasher went wrong today, they got me out of a tight spot. First world problems I know, but they were amazing.

Last Friday I contacted my local white goods supplier, discussed our problem and ordered a new dishwasher which was delivered and installed the following Tuesday. Service was excellent and the installation engineer very professional, clean and polite. Much better than searching the internet and there probably was no difference in price: and the old machine was taken away.

I’ll definitely buy from this local shop again.

Just had my BORA job and Miele ovens delivered, and was delighted with the service I received from the team at Martins!

Martins customer service is second to none. The team are extremely knowledgeable and focus on finding the right appliance for you as an individual. The showroom is well stocked and you are made to feel welcome to browse and try out the appliances and kitchen layouts to your hearts content. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a new appliance or new kitchen.

Myself and my wife attended a Bora demonstration experience morning at Martins on the 27th May. No stone was left un-turned all questions we answered openly and candidly. The demo covered the use, including live cooking as well as installation needs etc.
Also many other useful tips were passed on which has helped us plan our project. Many thanks to George who performed the demo. Excellent.

The item I wanted had a 3 week wait so they gave me details of another company that claim to have it in stock and could deliver it more cheaply! Rare to find such a considerate company. I'll come here first in future.

Having listened to our requirements and budget we are delighted with our totally refurbished village hall kitchen .
It has been a pleasure to work with George who project managed the whole thing .
All the fitters and trades used were so professional ,tidy and turned up on the days they said they would !

Excellent service. I was wanting to get a slimline dishwasher fitted in my kitchen and also needed a cupboard removed so it could fit. I visited Martins and they advised they'd be able to supply and fit the dishwasher. After seeing several options, I ordered the model I liked and booked delivery for April. Fitting went ahead with no issues and all done within an hour. Overall I'd highly recommend Martins, they're a reliable company, they're affordable and have very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
