Scamming Customers with Broken Appliances
When my broken Buzzing chest freezer was to be returned a few days after delivery through Amazons return....seller sends a label : return / post your item back for refund.?!?!
Privately the seller arrangements a collection without any receipt, no confirmation email,no proof that I am returning this Appliance.
BJS couriers who are used by the seller will NOT give customers any receipt whatsoever,any EPOD is given to the company who pays & books that service with the courier. I even called them can you leave a card on collection? NO !.....
Meanwhile 5 phone calls to Amazon and warnings to this 3rd party seller ? System still telling me to add my Tracking & Cost with couriers name ......to claim back postage .
This is A New Scam folks !
Beware system will say you didn't send your item back no refund and cant prove any courier collected it .

Great company to deal with on price and customer service

After always going with well know sellers for electric goods, I was a little nervous to purchase, but the price was the best anywhere, and free, fast delivery. Communication was excellent, then morning of delivery came, I had a call to say in route, would be 45mins, over and hour went and I had a message to say, sorry issue with delivery truck (flat Tyre) not sure when delivery would be made, straight away I thought here we go, will have to book another date, however I was pleasantly surprised when the really lovely chaps pulled up, be it 2 hrs later, but still within window, full of apologies and couldn’t be nicer. We know that things go wrong sometimes out of their control m, but it’s how it’s handled and communicated, and these guys did it better then the well know sellers, will 100% purchase from them again

Received fridge freezer, and was delivered fine. Very happy with it as it is now up and running. Great for a single person, or a small accommodation.

Bad customer experience

Payment taken, then no contact for 3 days. When I contacted, I was eventually told that delivery is not possible to Northern Ireland, and i would be refunded. A week later, still no refund, and no further correspondence, even after I have sent another two emails asking for an update?

Avoid, does not work properly and had to buy another appliance.

I bought a fridge freezer, the fridge didn’t keep the fresh produce fresh for long so things like milk and fruit spoilt quickly.

The fridge was ok, just shop more often for fresh produce, however the freezer stopped holding temp and defrosted and just doesn’t seem to hold temp cold enough to freeze.

I contacted seller, who said I had to email them a list of info, I sent that with invoice and order number. I then get a call to say an engineer would not come out as they wanted more info. Info should all be on the invoice but apparently not.

Anyway, complete waste of money as have had to buy another appliance as this is not fit for purpose and feels they trying anything. To get out of warranty.

Avoid and save yourself money, time, stress and having to go pay for another appliance as this is complete rubbish.

Very poor customer service and unprofessional conduct

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Home Feeling Limited. I contacted them regarding an oven I purchased from them that was still under warranty after it overheated and the fuse blew, causing the oven to stop working completely.
Initially, I was told that the issue was covered under warranty and that an engineer would be arranged. I booked a time for the engineer to attend, however after waiting for two hours with no contact, I had to chase the engineer myself. I was then told he was “waiting for an answer,” which was both vague and unhelpful.
After contacting the company again, they suddenly changed their position and claimed the oven had not been installed correctly, stating this voided the warranty despite previously confirming that the issue was covered and arranging an engineer visit. This inconsistency and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I have two young children and am now left without a working oven due to a company that has shown no care or concern for its customers. This has been a very poor customer experience, with extremely poor customer service throughout. The handling of this situation was highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend Home Feeling Limited to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service

I bought a new 60L freezer from Home Feeling via Amazon and it arrived with a couple of dents in the door.
As the damage (not their fault. Courier issue) appeared to be cosmetic in nature, I contacted Amazon (as per their procedure) and they sent a message to Home Feeling on my behalf.
Once Home Feeling were aware of the issue, they sprung into action and Hayley reached out to me immediately with an apology and an offer of a partial refund.
I was so impressed by how quickly they got in touch with me and I was delighted that they had recognised the difficulty/ hassle of having to try to rebox a 60L Freezer to send back for a replacement and I gladly accepted their generous offer.
It's so easy for companies to deliver great customer service when everything goes according to plan. It's when things go wrong that you truly see the measure of a company's customer service and Home Feeling did not disappoint.
Well done folks! Keep up the great work!

Customer Service are very approachable

I like the friendly, helpful attitude of both the website and when I phoned to speak to customer service to choose a fridge/freezer, in contrast to another supplier where I was told to go through their chatbot/automatic ordering system - they would not give me information about products before I bought !
The order was processed & arrived as promised ...v pleased with my undercounter 'Willow' back up fridge with the large 25 litre freezer.

Chaotic delivery and shoddy customer service

Shoddy service. Large freezer arrived a day after they said it would. No timely communication about the change - received a text the day before stating the date and on the morning. Waited in all day (having taken time off work) and it was only when I called in the afternon I was told it would be the next day. Then told it would be 6pm next day. Ended up being 10am the next day. Chaotic. Made worse after I emailed and the customer rep accused me of refusing the original delivery and making this up despite the existence of text message evidence!
