We had a fantastic holiday in Switzerland. Hayley organised everything and put a package together that fitted our request. We travelled on the Bernina Express and had a wonderful time. The hotel Stern in Chur was superb. She arranged all transfers from the airport & to & from Chur which ran like clockwork. The tour booked in Zurich was a coach tour and took us around the lake to see Zurich itself & the surrounding area including Tina Turner's mansion, a ferry over the lake & a cable car trip to a viewing point 800m above. Thank you Hayley you organised it perfectly. We have recommended Marvellous Escapes to many of our friends.

We booked a train trip across Europe with Marvellous Escapes - organised by Hayley Norris which was nothing short of exceptional in organisation
The main part of the trip was to travel on the Bernina express ( totally amazing) for my wife's birthday.
we travelled London to Paris and then Zurich which we stayed the night then to Chur again to stay the night (ABC HOTEL just a minute from station - wonderful hotel) - Catching the Bernina express from Chur was just out of this world - after Bernina made our way ( again by train) to Lake Como for three nights before finishing in Milan for two nights and flying home.
Wonderful experience all tickets and hotels sorted with precision - only thing we would have changed would of stayed in Paris a night before catching train to Zurich ( so we travelled there in day rather than at night).
Would highly recommend but travel in daylight hours - thank you to Hayley and Marvelous Escapes for making it a wonderful experience for my wifes retirement birthday

Absolutely outstanding customer care from the get go. So helpful and friendly and they respond to any communication quickly and efficiently. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best time on your trip.
We had a few hiccups along the way with our trip to Venice + Orient Express none of which was caused by Marvellous escapes but without their intervention it would have turned out to be a disaster.
Our representative was Hayley Norris and together with her colleague Paul Tavener they were utterly outstanding when we were in a predicament whilst in Venice. They worked so very hard to rectify someone else's mess up for us and kept us informed via email and texts the whole time. Without them this trip would undoubtedly have been a disaster. I cannot praise these two reps highly enough.

Their travel specialist Hayley Norris created our superb Golden Wedding holiday last April and because of that I turned to her again to organise a trip on the Indian Pacific train across Australia next year, once again organised to perfection. Marvellous Escapes really do deliver.

Cannot recommend Marvellous Escapes enough. We had a once in a lifetime trip on the Venice Simplon Orient Express and everything from start to finish was expertly organised. From boarding the Eurostar in London, arriving in Switzerland and onward journey to Venice. The 2 hotel stays chosen for us were excellent and central for seeing the sights of both Montreaux and Venice with ease. Obviously the highlight of the trip was the Orient Express journey from Venice to Paris which had been on our bucket list for years and with a surprise upgrade which made it very special. We wouldn't hesitate to use Marvellous Escapes again.

I had the most incredible time on the Switzerland Railway Scenic Holiday with Marvelous Escapes! Everything ran so smoothly — trains, hotels, buses — I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

The scenery was out of this world, especially on the Glacier Express and Bernina Express, but Interlaken was definitely the highlight for me. The mountains, lakes, and views were just amazing.

Huge thanks to Hayley for organizing it all so perfectly — she made the whole experience effortless and unforgettable. I’d 100% recommend this trip to anyone wanting to travel around Switzerland!
