He arrived at the appointed time, explained what was involved and then went about his work in a professional manor.

David completed an EPC on the house with a very short timescale from contact, which was great. He was very knowledgeable and had lots of relevant experience to aid his survey to be conducted in an informed professional way. David was a very pleasant chatty person and the time spent completing the survey and logging the data should have been at a higher cost than charged.
