Great training from Jo. Very thorough and Enjoyable!

Had an EPC done and found a few mistakes, like giving the windows an average rating when the was only installed 5 months ago, also missed the smart meters in the property. So i emailed the gentleman and sent proof and his reply was yes i will change that for you. Guess what i am still waiting. Make sure you are in the property when they come, as you might get a incorrect EPC rating.

The instructor (Michael) was very impressive. He took time to answer all questions and carried everyone along during the course. His knowledge of the subject was also excellent. He was able to answer all questions-especially regarding the RdSAP App. Also was able to guide everyone to complete the first case study. That kind of brought it all together. Great job.

Michael the trainer was excellent, he was very patient and explained everything in detail and regularly asked if anybody had questions or needed further support. All of the documents and resources provided by Elmhurst have made this process so much easier, it’s easy to navigate and everything is clearly laid out. I can’t recommend this course enough, I have no previous knowledge or experience in this field, but after just 3 days i feel I have a decent grasp of it already

Had a great DEA Assessor training session with Michael. Very knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and made the learning easy to follow. I left feeling more confident and better prepared. Highly recommended.

Good information provided in the training modules. Malcolm Mooney is very knowledgeable and shared good practical experiences to give an insight into the world of EPCs.

At the beginning it was hard, but second day was okay and the third day was superb, Malcolm is good and excellent trainer, I wish I can go on shadow with him one day

I recently went through the online DEA training course.
It was a really efficient process, the assessor Caroline was very quick to the mark the assessments and give feedback.

The knowledge of the material being covered was great. Jason's answer to the questions cleared up any confusion.

I have just completed my five day training as DEA. I am completely new to this training, and at first the portfolio work felt most overwhelming. But with the help of my assessor, AJAY, the whole process became so much easier. His patience, clear explanations and supportive approach made such a huge difference.
