I believed the CCJ shouldn't be on my record because I had moved house and hadn't received any communication about the ticket or CCJ. I only found out about it when I looked into my Experian report after being denied a loan, which I previously almost certainly would have been granted with a 999 credit score, but the CCJ destroyed my credit score and massively delayed the expansion of my business.

I got in touch with Mason Bullock solicitors in July of last year, after finding out that a County Court Judgement (CCJ) had been issued against me without my knowledge. The CCJ was for an unpaid parking charge that sent to sent to a previous address and the debt collector that was handling the charge failed to confirm my most recent address before filling for the CCJ.
