I contacted Mason Bullock after finding out my credit rating has suddenly fallen and a CCJ had been registered against me relating to a disputed parking ticket on private property. They responded very quickly and explained the options in full with detailed advice. The process was quite complex as the other party would not agree to it being removed. Andrew Crisp was excellent and drafted some very effective letters and a court statement. Eventually the other party did not object to the CCJ being removed and he then made the court application. Had two CCJs removed now in the last 3 years with Mason Bullock they get the job done.

I contacted Mason Bullock Solicitors after I received a CCJ from a parking fine and they waved their magical legal wand and had the CCJ set aside! Obviously it takes a lot of intricate and specific legal work and knowledge that I would have not been able to do on my own.

After years of actively keeping track and improving my credit score, I was devestated and had little hope the judment could be set aside. I only found out about the judgement by checking my credit report.
