Good deal and prompt delivery, however, I did expect to get age checked due to the purpose of buying knives, non such, did I miss something?

Arrived on time look great but bought for Christmas present so unopened

Ordered 3 items but unfortunately one was missing on delivery. Not a problem though after one email the item is now being dispatched. Sorted out very easily.

Love the apron , but it was for a birthday gift so when it arrived the surprise was spoiled as the logo was all over the packaging so a little disappointed xx

I bought the MasterChef Essentials ‘Look Like A Pro’ gift set as a birthday present for my husband.He tried two of the knives and didn’t think the knives were any better than what he already had. He didn’t open the rest of the items (apron, gloves, digital scale). I contacted the company, as per the website, to ask about the return process. It took four tries (two emails and two website forms) to get a response, which was: "Unfortunately, because the items have been opened and used we are unable to offer a refund to an unwanted item that has been used." I would not do business with this company again because 1) lack of prompt customer service, 2) poor return policy, 3) disregard of my message saying only one item was opened, 4) quality of opened item not as expected. I would not do business with them again.

The quality of the apron is fine until washed and is then extremely poor. I will not purchase another

It wasn't as fine at zesting and doing garlic and ginger I thought the blade would be much finer

The pans make a burning plastic smell when cooking and the handles begin to burn away!

Be honest yourselves, they're not nearly as sharp as stated. I know how to cook a steak so it's not tough. They're ok, just not brilliant 🤷‍♀️

A purchase made for my son who's starting out on his journey to be a professional chef. I had looked at many knife sets and these seemed to be good value and came with the roll-up pouch to safely carry the knives.
They were competitively priced and having used them are a serious upgrade on his previous kitchen knives. Would recommend them if your budget prevents you from buying more expensive knives from Japan.

Good service however not a good product.
