like ROR, I was double billed and courses I paid for never appeared in my portal.

Customer service is a joke. I am sick and tired of dealing with BOTS

I accidentally ordered a second subscription and tried to reach out to correct right away. They are unresponsive to emails, customer service phone number VERY difficult to find (seems to be a well hidden secret) and the bot I used said it would have an agent communicate with me soon.....I'm still waiting. Never again. BUYER BEWARE indeed.

They take past customers’ bank info and process orders not authorized. Once you buy from them watch your bank account. They will keep taking your money.
They took additional $300 and offered to refund half. Half?! I did not order from them. Last time was 2 years ago.

Good course options - quite a wide variety to choose from which was great; good course content

Master CPE advertised a discount, but I was not able to claim it when I registered and paid. False advertising.

I contacted them and got a refund for the discount. My error when registering.

My organization called to renew my subscription and no one would answer the phone at all. My accounting department had to log in my account to pay for the subscription and I had to setup a whole new account so I lost the history to my prior account.

I received an offer for a 15% discount but when I ordered the product the discount offer did not apply. I have called and left voicemails for almost a week and have not received callbacks or a correction on my account. No response. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this company.
THE COMPANY HAS NOW RESPONDED AND PROVIDED THE DISCOUNT!!

I have used MasterCPE for two years. The courses are current and the material is relevant. I like the flexibility of taking the courses when I want and not be locked in to a schedule of webinars. Also this company has the approved ethics course for my state. I love that I can do all my CPE hours and ethics in one place. I highly recommend MasterCPE.
