I had silver membership and upgraded to platinum for 1 year and forgot to downgrade and they refused to reverse my charges. they were ok to upgrade during mid term but now downgrade. I am disappointed with their unfair practices. I will never renew ANY service in the future.

They aren’t free anymore so they should change the name. Luckily I get actual free ce from my job but I did used to rely on free ce.com to supplement when there wasn’t enough new lessons on my work one. I’m not opposed to paying for ce if I really need it but I won’t be purchasing from freece.com because they’re keeping the name but not the price and an awful lot of negative reviews from paying customers

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They never answer the messages and you can just talk to a bot. It takes hours to get a response and by then the live class is over and there goes your time and credit.

Also, it always auto-renews. Make sure you use a prepaid card or something like that. It auto renews even if you toggle it off.

User interface is poor too.

The time frame MyfreeCE takes to report completed CE education to CEbroker is ridiculously slow and very delayed. There is room for improvement in relation to reporting to CE broker.When state liscense needs to be renewed and the hinderance is the reporting it's flawed.

If I can give a big 0 I will . Pay the amount of $43 something for a year membership then when I try to get another copies of my passed subject the websites won’t give me the option to get copy nor open it instead want me to pay again. Even after exchanging email n getting to beg them so I can work and renew my license still no answer but one time of ‘ it was passed to the staff for review’ this should be automatic bec it let me log on and shows my subjects or topics being passed w units but the option is to pay again BAD!

they grade the tests incorrectly, the answers take two line, resulting in two choices and they only allow one choice and then say you got it wrong, fix this so others aren't confused, I know I got 100 percent on the last test taken but they only graded it as 80 percent because the correct answer took two lines

Easy to navigate CE source for nurses and nursing assistants - CNA. The continuing education courses are presented in an easy to understand format. One yearly fee for unlimited use of the website's CE courses. I've been using myfreece for years.

Asking for outcome survey each time on email is annoying. Pricy on credit. Site wants a credit card on file. Waste of time.

Easy to use and sent the classes to PA license system quickly.

You need to complete your CE's at your own pace. It was great to be able to do these courses at my own pace and on my own time at home or while on break at work.

Love how this is all together in one site and one price! Sure hope Illinois accepts these!!
