Ordered 3 shirt premium bundle from the…
Ordered 3 shirt premium bundle from the store and paid it. Didnt get any order confirmation or information about shipping. After 10 days I contacted support and then fixed the order and i got confirmation about the order and tracking ID for postal office. Next 10 days it was in state, that the postal office is waiting the shipment. When it finally arrived, none of the 3 shirts had numbers or names, which i guess could be bad luck also. One of the shirts was totally wrong size.
Edit. Customer service was really polite and helpful. We figured out the one wrong size product and as a result im happy with the order. One star deduct from the extra hassling.

I'm sorry your second order with us wasn't as expected.
I can see the parcel arrived in Finland within our maximum delivery time, although we do expect delivery across Europe to take 4-7 working days. Usually Postnord processes parcels quickly once passed over but it's not possible to expedite this process.
Regarding sizing, sometimes we size up if the shirt runs a size smaller. This varies between manufacturers and depends on whether the shirt is player spec. On this occasion, we are sorry that the sizing was off and have been in contact with you today to put it right. I have also noted your feedback against this shirt for future reference.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee player names but do stock them across elite clubs and national teams. To guarantee a player shirt, you would need to order this type of box. However, it is the luck of the draw and there is always a chance of pulling a player shirt in any mystery box.
Your WhatsApp ticket will stay open until this is resolved to your satisfaction. We are online 9 AM through to 11 PM, 7 days a week.

Dear Malthe,
Your order was cancelled due to violating our terms.
We can confirm that the refund was processed and has been marked as "delivered" at our end and store an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to combat fraud. Typically, the time it takes for a refund to appear in your bank account can take 5-10 working days, including the time it takes for your bank to post the refund - we always issue refunds instantly. We will conduct an internal investigation to validate the refund status and timeline.
It's also important to note that the order was not cancelled three weeks ago but at the time of your email. Again, you haven't contacted us about this even though we run several support channels.

I’ve ordered before in 21/22 and recently come back and signed up to a subscription.
My address was incorrect so I reached out on their insta to get it changed at around 11:30pm on a Saturday and got a response pretty much straight away… on a Saturday.
Safe to say I trust any company with fast live support!!

Arrived in time for my son and he loves it. Only criticism is lack of delivery options for a mystery I'd imagine most people would want it quickly , arrived in 3 days (sent same day) but a next day option would be great as I would defo use for a last minute gift. perfect for secret Santa this year

Fast service
I got a 21/22 Barca shirt with Messi print, I’m guessing it’s left over/discontinued stock because he was already at PSG by that point. Lovely shirt and 100% authentic but a Messi shirt in my eyes would ideally be Inter Miami and then I’d give 5 stars 😉 But service is 4-5 stars and I got a fast response when I asked about the print and I guess it’s a rare item

Paid £80, still not received any shirts, no dispatch note, don't reply to emails, no contact telephone number, it's now been six days, no dispatch, I now reckon they are going to rip us off, why would you not reply to a polite email??
