Item was not wrapped just put in a box ten times its size which arrived partly open ,the picture had not been framed properly so had to remove it and reframe it myself .i did not contact the seller as the product was not damaged just poorly assembled and I could sort that myself .

This was an excellent experience! I’m from this US and ordered on a Friday, the items shipped within hours and I received my order on Wednesday of the following week. (Quicker than I get most shipments within the US!)

Took 10 days to arrive and STILL not arrived
