The necklace arrived in a tiny plastic…
The necklace arrived in a tiny plastic bag within the larger gift box. It is a very thin chain, and had been left in a large wad of knots, possibly from the way the box had been jumbled throughout the mailing process to the U.S. I had to use 2 awls and a magnifying glass, over the course of 6 1/2 hours, to separate the knots, until the chain was finally freed up and the necklace was wearable. The beautiful outer packaging was utterly useless in preventing these knots, and if l had not had the tools and the patience necessary to separate the mess, l never could have worn the necklace. Very disappointing.
