Excellent customer service, lots of affordable deals to choose from and overall a friendly and professional company. Richard who has been my main point of contact has been absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and super honest! I have purchased a new sim only deal and I couldn't be happier! Hassle free and I would recommend highly.

My wife needed a new phone urgently and found the advertising of different units bewildering. Matrix were contacted and Their lady representative sorted everything. She quickly established the necessary criteria and cut through the techno-babble to match device, plan and my wife - then sorted all the paperwork, issued a new sim and progressed the delivery of the phone to our home.

In this day and age, I check many things about a company before doing business with them. From the first meeting, Matrix went above and beyond. They took care of our needs on a personal basis and found sollutions to our needs at below average prices. To say that they have excellect customer service is an understatement. No email went unanswered and no message unreplied. They took the time to learn about our industry and the needs of our particular locations with care to outline the inherent problems. They have been very open with us and always given us frank and honest answers to any questions. So far we have had nothing but first rate service. We have every confidence in them as a company and with the team. Without a doubt, we are happy to endorse Matrix to any company large or small. We are treated as a customer and not as an account number.
