A very professional , efficient firm. It was very quickly organised and the team arrived exactly on time. What Michael and Josh did in the house was nothing short of a miracle. They were so thorough and thought carefully about everything. The pride they took in restoring the house to its former glory was awe inspiring and I will never be able to thank them enough. Lisa in the office was a pleasure to deal with and throughout the whole process they were all very kind, understanding and got an incredible job done. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone needing this level of service.

Writing a review for a service I haven’t used is a first but I was very impressed with the advise received regarding cleaning sub-floor. Paul gave me very honest advise and advised the work I thought I might need wasn’t necessary, would definitely use Matrix when a need came up

A Tenanted property became vacant and was left in a dreadful state. Cat urine and spray made the place unliveable.. I contacted Matrix and spoke to Gina, I explained the situation and Gina told me that all could be dealt with by their operatives. Only three days notice and Steve turned up and proceeded to clean and treat every surface in the property, and I mean every surface.
He didn't stop until he had finished the whole place, a really thorough job. Bannisters and doors came up to near new condition, (we were expecting to have to renew the doors). Steve is one of the most conscientious people we have met, a rarity these days.
If we need any form of Bio-Clean in the future, Matrix will be our first port of call.
After the property was vacated and left the way it was I cant help feeling a bit apprehensive that all the smells have been dealt with, but I am assured they have all been dealt with, and I will say, at present there is no whiff of a cat or anything a cat might have left.
Matrix are easy to deal with, prompt, professional, and priced in a good place in the field of Bio-Cleaning.

At short notice Paul gave a quote promptly. Arranged to attend the following day and Michael and Mark arrived at 8:30 on a Sunday morning and worked straight through till 5. They did more than I expected them to and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. What was an extremely emotional time, one job taken off me.

We use Matrix and have been blown away with the service delivered. From the time you either call or email the administration team, the wheels are in motion and a technician is ready to attend and provide the service required within a really good time frame. Works are then followed up with a full report of before and after the completion of service.

I had a rats nest inside my engine and the garage would not take my car in for repair due to the risk of contracting Weil’s disease!
I’ve just had Ben and Lel round to clean the engine and they’ve done a great job, I’m really happy , no mess no fuss and they’re both really nice guys , couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We have used this company multiple times for cleaning hazardous waste from outdoor sites prior to builds. They are always incredibly helpful and do an amazing job.

We required removal of human waste in a bin store area, and Matrix came to our rescue within an hour. We've had before and after pictures and a call from the technician to advise all had been completed. Would happily use Matrix again without hesitation.

We needed help asap to sort out a whole flat, following very traumatic circumstances, and Matrix were brilliant - we spoke to someone in the evening and they sorted things out for us the following day, at a much cheaper price too than other companies who could not come out so quickly.It was also really helpful that most contact was through Whatsapp so could sort out without spending ages on the phone, and they kept us informed of arrival time etc.

Ben and Lel did a fantastic job so thank you all very much! We hope we never have to use such services again but if we ever do we would come straight back to Matrix and not bother with anyone else.

My elderly father had an accident in his sheltered home, I picked up the phone to Amy who was very understanding. I was doing this 200 miles away whilst talking to Dad and Matrix. Within an hour of the initial call, Anthony and Craig were at Dad’s and sorted the whole thing out, cleaned up the mess, professionally cleaned the carpets and took all the soiled items away. I cannot thank the Matrix team enough, professional and speedy.

we required a service to come in due to my brother was deceased in my parents property, My parents who had to move out and still had there personal belonging's in the house. I spoken and telephoned Amy who assisted with the service and in depth what to expect that would be undertaken knowing we never had to deal with this situation before. Amy was very compassionate, caring, kind and understanding and given dignity and respect at all times knowing how sensitive this was to me as it was so recent.
We accepted the service and it was booked I was very reluctant that a company was going in to my parents property knowing there was no supervision by me. I did not know if and what my parents had valuables laying around in the property and just had to go on trust, but had to leave it the Matrix hands. I gave the keys to two guys Ben and Chris who were just amazing and very reassuring when I met them and again with passion, empathy dignity and respect and kind.
I received a phone call from Ben to let me know they found some money in between them cleaning he also took pictures of the money too.
They cleaned the place amazingly.
The reason i put the history of the service is to be reassured that these guys can be trusted with your property alone and do respect the items weather its for the deceased or the leaving in my case it was for both.
These people had nothing but respect and the honesty and trust, the two guys could have taken this money and not even mentioned it and i would not have known.
I have great respect for these people as never known a company who has so much empathy, Dignity, Honesty and respect I would highly recommend them without a doubt. well done to everyone and thank you for helping us in such a traumatised time. Thank you

Ben did a deep clean on my mums bathroom, as well as cleaning her kitchen floor and worktops. He did a great job with the upmost respect. He was polite and kept us informed about what he was doing at all stages.

Ben was amazing, on site, easy to communicate and the job was done in a good time to a very high standard!
