I was very pleased with the prompt and accurate response and courteous service.
I accidently entered an incorrect email address and when i called to confirm, the person who responded found my reservation immediately, saw the error, corrected it and I got my confirmation rapidly. The driver was on time, texted me, and the car was clean, without any odors.

Our driver was polite and friendly despite our flight being delayed by 4 hours and not getting in until 1 am. He drove well and got us home on time.

The driver was sent to the right address, wrong town. No fault of his! So, he was over 1/2 hour late picking me up - again, not his fault! The problem was that I had a plane to catch, an hour drive to White Plains. The driver was fabulous - got me there with just barely enough time to get through security and board my plane - 5 whole minutes to spare! Please thank him for me. He did a great job.

Both my trip to the airport and return were excellent. Pick up to the airport was on-time and prompt. Yesterday, on my return, I was confused about the new pick-up location at LaGuardia, but your driver was exceptionally patient both waiting for me and directing me to the proper pick up location.

Although I do not travel often, every time I need your service I can depend on you. You are the best!

Driver was on time, picking me up promptly in a nice, clean car. Friendly, courteous and attentive.

Up until recently, I've had nothing but good experiences with Matrix. On my latest round trip to the airport however, I had issues with both trips. On the ride there, our driver checked his texts several times on his phone...that's unacceptable and he needs to know that. On the return home, the car had one headlight out (on a rainy, dark night) and he was going way too fast on I-684 (over 80 mph). Again...unacceptable. I like Matrix and they've generally given me good service, but they need to improve their service going forward.

My experience was very good as usual. I always use Matrix whenever I go to the airport.
