Bought a prada tshirt as a present
Badge come loose after 2 wears. Contacted the company and prada. Prada state they only work with specific boutiques and have nothing to do with this one. Received the most disgusting rude replies and was told I am lucky they even responded. STAY AWAY.

As we said we tried our best to come to a solution however the item was sold out so could not replace and as the item was purchased from us around 9 months ago. Generously we offered a credit note for the full amount even tho being out of the 14 day returns period we tried our best to make you happy but all you wanted was a refund after 9 months of owning the item and could have worn it every day for all we know ?

Easy to deal with
Purchased a Givenchy t-shirt, was delivered the next day, unfortunately it was too big and had to return. The process was smooth and the refund rapid, Matrix are very easy to deal with quality clothes at great prices as well

I recently had the opportunity to purchase Dior B22 trainers from Matrix Menswear Retailer. I must say, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this store to anyone seeking quality luxury clothing.

They kept me informed every step of the way, from confirming my purchase to providing regular updates on the status of my order. This level of communication made the entire shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.

Great customer service!
Matrix menswear were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The item I ordered was a last minute birthday gift, I explained this to them, they dispatched immediately 1st class. Unfortunately the item didn’t suit my partner so I returned it, they processed the refund right away.
