After purchase support for repairs is disgraceful, assuming they respond to your enquiries/plea for help.
They have been sending me private details of a company I am not associated with. I've informed them 3 times and it continues.
The list goes on. Don't do it!
Ho ricevuto dalla Matterport un kit composto dalla fotocamera pro2 e 3 accessori ; solo la camera corrisponde all’ordine inviato ; ho chiesto subito dopo acquisto di restituire in Olanda (da dove è stata spedita la merce) l’intero set, ma il “servizio clienti “ vuole farmi spedire tutto in California a mezzo corriere assicurato al costo di 300€! In pratica mi hanno fatto pagare quasi 500€ per articoli non conformi all’ordine e mi chiedono di spenderne 300 per restituirli . Posso inviare a chiunque nutrisse dubbi copie dell’ordine / fattura ed email scambiate con supporto clienti.

The customer service was horrible and my experience owning the rights to anything was such a let down finding out they own the RIGHTS to all of the content we film with the product they sell us... that's right you can only utilize the data if you PAY a monthly sub forever. They own your information ALL OF IT. You buy the camera, you do the work, they keep the data. That is the end of the story.
It is 2021 this tech is common now and they will not be the tech giant they are hoping to be.
Terrible customer service, they have been charging my account even after I cancelled and are refusing to both refund my account and are refusing to delete my account. I’ve put a hold on my bank account to attempt to stop the charges and have contacted consumer affairs to investigate. The product is ok but as soon as you need customer support to fix something they won’t. I do not recommend you giving any of your bank account details to the Matterport company as you might find yourself in the same situation.
Have been using Matterport for years. I wish we had never chosen Matterport. If you need this for more than 1 month, NEVER choose Matteport. Not only is it overpriced, do they also find millions of little reasons to charge you without your consent. They also are extremely rude over customer support. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I had a great time at Matterport as an employee but also I continuously kept receiving very positive feedback from clients all around Europe. In the London office the culture and willingness to help clients was very impressive, but I have left a few years ago so not sure whats the updated situation.
Das Produkt ist leider wirklich toll. Dies ist auch der Einzige Grund weshalb ich die Platform und die Kamera noch nutze. Der Customer-Service respektive der Umgang mit Kunden und Problemen ist eine reine Katastrophe. Mir wurden falsche Rechnungen geschickt welche ich im guten Glauben bezahlt habe. Leider habe ich erst nach 6 Monaten bemerkt, dass mir Monat für Monat falsche Rechnungen geschickt wurden. Ich habe mich daraufhin an Matterport gewendet mit der Bitte um Rückerstattung der Zuviel bezahlten Beträge- Leider ohne Erfolg. Der Schaden von über 400.- Euro ist mir geblieben. Auch wurde mir der Kontakt zu einem Manager verwehrt. Kein Kompromiss oder etwas in der Art...
Kundenfreundlichkeit ist definitiv etwas anderes. Tipp an alle: Kontrolliert euere Abrechnungen akribisch genau....
The product it’s self has great results. However there customer service is the worse I’ve come across. There’s no billing support in the uk, so you just get emails from someone in the US telling you to pay or your account will be terminated. There’s no compassion, no communication and zero understanding, even in difficult times we are going through. Matterport the only way you will keep getting business is if you look after your customers, at this rate you will be driving them away. Its all about balance providing a great product and offering an excellent service. You get that second but right, your then winning. Until they sort the customer service out, I wouldn’t bother wasting your time. It will only frustrate you.
Awful. No support service. If you need repair, must send to US, with a 2 week turn-around.

They just want to sell very expensive cameras with no after-sales support or repair service in place. Don't go near them.
The software is the most costly of all virtual tour software, but does not work on any mobile browser. It's a huge hassle to showcase spaces to clients. I opted for kuula instead
