It's a good quality mat but the colours are never as they are on the website. This is my second mat and in both cases the images vs the real thing are off. Maybe they use some kind of filter.

Really disappointed. Firstly, the delivery took ages and communication was poor. When the matts arrived they just look like bits of off cut carpet. Really poor for the price. I’m a bit confused by all the good reviews as they honestly were so underwhelming.
Service is equally as poor upon returning. It’s been over two weeks and I have confirmation of the return being delivered but again, no communication to acknowledge this or that my refund is in progress. Frankly, very disappointed on all levels

Loses a star as they claim “machine washable” which was my sole reason to buy… and it is way too hard to fit in the machine!! Arghhh.
So a bit of a waste of £150 for me as once muddy it’s screwed! Shame as they are really nice.

Laura was incredibly helpful and provided next level customer service. I ordered the Olive Checkerboard runner and it is beautiful quality, a lovely feature for my patio doors.

This is a great quality mat, however, after only one wash - the colour has run leaving my checkered mat discoloured. Great customer service who have rectified and sent me a replacement mat out quickly. Really good quality and I'm really happy with my purchase.

I ordered a mat in January and it still hasn’t arrived, I’ve emailed twice and had no reply.

After leaving a review on here the contacted me and rectified the issue delivering the next day

In love with this doormat! Looks fab and fits beside my door just perfectly. It hoovers really well. I haven’t even had to wash it yet and that’s with a sporty family of 4 and a mucky pooch! Wish I’d bought more. Highly recommend
