Köpte två par ridbyxor
Köpte två par ridbyxor, de ena paret sprack i sömnen vid ”gylfen” och fick 200kr tillbaka vilket var ok då de kostade 500kr. De andra paret (compression) går sönder i söm på låret och dom är betydligt dyrare. Där erbjuds bara 200kr , vilket inte är en schysst deal då det är synligt fel på byxan. Man som konsument vill ändå känna att de är värt att behålla än att bli utan och frakta hit och dit. Annars är de bara att lämna åter men man får inga nya? Vad ska jag ha för byxor då att rida i? De först paret var vinterbyxor så de kan ja ej gå i nu 30 grader värme.

Qualität stimmt leider nicht
Qualität ist für diesen Preis leider unterirdisch. Ich habe mir eine Sportleggings für 79€! bestellt, die Hose kam mit einer offenen Naht bei mir an, gut kann passieren…der Kundenservice (wirklich sehr nett) hat mir einen Gutscheincode zugesendet und ich habe mir die selbe Hose nochmal bestellt, nach nur 1x tragen (nicht mal zum Sport) ist bei der neuen Hose wieder die gleiche Naht auf. Habe jetzt das zweite Mal reklamiert und möchte mein Geld zurück, bin gespannt was passiert. Das Vertrauen ist hin, da kaufe ich lieber bei anderen Sportmarken. Hatte mir zeitgleich noch eine Reitleggings bestellt , traue mich gar nicht die Hose anzuziehen aus Angst das dort auch alle Nähte aufgehen.

Wie per Mail erklärt, muss bei der Charge wohl ein Produktionsfehler aufgetreten sein, da das auf gar keinen Fall unseren normalen Qualitätsstandards entspricht. Wie besprochen hatten wir dir im Juni noch den Kaufpreis zurückerstattet. Du kannst dich gerne jederzeit per Mail bei uns melden, wenn du noch Fragen haben solltest. Jodhpurs product fault …
Jodhpurs late arriving despite emails galore ..worn a couple of times knees started going ..have been told in email “ product fault “ but no refund 25percent off next pair we purchase ! ABSOLUTE JOKE
Taken it up with trading standards ..who have had numerous complaints about this company !
And to your reply future customers look out as the product they admit has a fault and as retailers of this should accept responsibility but DREADFUL customer service ..BuT there are plenty other companies out there selling same product where myself and many others are now buying from !
