This is the most Useless, Irresponsible and corrupt dealership ever, whatever mistake you are going to make in your life, kindly avoid making the mistake of dealing with this bunch of criminals. You will definitely regret dealing with them.

I had the misfortune of speaking with Mahomed who displayed perhaps the worst customer handling I've ever experienced in my life, in my opinion. I'm making a point to never deal with this company under any circumstances.

Mayfair motor solutions bid for a car I was selling on Motorway, they won the bid, but when they arrived to collect the car they questioned the service history which was BMW main agent, (even though the whole history was published on the Motorway auction listing)
They maintained that that it was overdue for a service even though when you turn the ignition on it says “service due in 12000 miles or 05/26.
The person on the phone at there dealership did not seem to understand BMW conditional service requirements and tried to negotiate the price down, even though they had won the bid and had no grounds to reduce the offer.
Total scam beware of time wasters that bid on Motorway.
Also because I would not reduce the price he put phone down on me.
BEWARE!!!!!

We can’t speak highly enough of this company they where courteous and helpful. And compared to other car dealers they are head and shoulders better. We highly recommend them.

I contacted the dealer about a Lexus RX. The seller answered my questions and provided pictures, and because I live around 300 miles away we agreed the car could be delivered.
Everything seemed fine until the payment stage. I was asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront, with the rest due when the car arrived. For my peace of mind I asked to have the terms written down, after refusing, deposit was reduced to £500 plus £450 delivery — still with nothing in writing. At that point I decided to walk away.
I do not doubt that the car was in excellent condition, but the customer service was very poor

Avoid this dodgy dealership they will act nice to you until you give them your money.
I dealt with little man Adam who's attitude changed after we purchased a car for my nephew.
Adam has an attitude of a sassy little girl and cannot behave professionally like a man. We tried to get raise some issues with the car in question and after false information he becomes extremely defensive.
Do not trust this "man" as he will act kindly until you give him your money. That's when this weasel will show himself and he will avoid you because he ain't got the cojones to confront.
There are a few reviews if you dig down in the reviews. I made the mistake of not believing them. Most of Mayfair Motors reviews are quite clearly bots.
They also have a strategy of telling you to leave them a 5 star review after they scam you off. Thats how they got the high ratings.
Don't believe them and avoid!

So glad I went ahead, the owners where very through from start to finish, there was no hard sell and reassured me that if there was any problems then they would fix. Shannon and the other guy who did the test drive were fantastic and I’d highly recommend them. Thanks guys my daughter is VERY HAPPY (she cried).

A dreadful Company , to be avoided by every Car Buyer .
They sold a vehicle to me that they assured me was in perfect drive-away condition , it had been checked over and it was in fantastic condition .
So apart from needing 4 new tyres ( but I was assured they were perfect) there was the wrong springs ( suspension) fitted to the front of the vehicle , it was overdue a Service ( I was told that all Services were up to date) , the Brakes needed new Pads , one of the Discs was badly scored , the steering ball joints needed replacing too .
Now we come to the Criminal part , they had blanked off ( with black insulation tape) the Engine Management Warning Light Bulb . Had I had anything catastrophically fail within the engine , I would never know , because they had criminally blanked the warning light .
I shall be taking them to the small claims court for the return of over £2,000 to me for all the bilks I have had to pay to get the car
Roadworthy .
I am also going to contact Trading Standards as the criminal tampering with the Engine Management Warning Light is absolutely unforgivable .

I had easy and hassle free process of buying my vehicle with this Guys, recommended
