When I first bought a ring from Mayli, that's when my love for jade started and grew to the point where I felt ready for the big purchase! A bangle! I wrote to Nhi on an impulse and just by pure chance she was soon going to China to source jade jewelry for her clients and she still had some spots!! It was a sign! We had a call where we discussed my wish list, my bangle size, my price range, everything we needed. I had a very specific color in mind wu ji with some green spots if possible, and I was absolutely stunned by how incredibly perfect the bangle she found for me was! I got pictures of the row slab from which you could see how pretty the color was, but the final polished bangle is just absolutely stunning! Nhi clearly had a vision in mind and it was exactly what I wanted, the darker blak ink color with a few vibrant green spots are just perfect. The overall experience was great, from the first call to being able to follow her during the sourcing trip and then the last call we had while she was still travelling! The last step was the fitting, Nhi welcomed me in her home, showed me all the beautiful pieces, we chatted about jewelry, Jade and travels, just in general a great moment. I of course had the chance to try on the bangles, and then she even brought something else, something I didn't ask for initially, but mentioned briefly during our last call, a ping an kou made from the cut out from the same bangle I bought! With the same amazing ink black color and an even more vibrant green!! I was stunned and of course that also came home with me. Since then I wear my pieces every day, everywhere, and I am sure these will not be my last purchases. If you are thinking about investing in a jade bangle I cannot recommend enough Mayli and if you get the opportunity to get a slot for sourcing, don't think twice, it absolutely worth it!

Just lovely to work with the owner. She is a true reflection of the brand, highly responsive despite being a small business owner and very knowledgeable. Beautiful products, high quality for all items and I have purchased a few different ones, I love what each of the pieces represents it makes each purchase for the item more intentional.

Super snelle verzending. Nu twee bestellingen in korte tijd geplaatst. Bij de laatste was er iets fout gegaan, maar toen ik via Insta zelf contact op nam werd er gelijk gereageerd en gehandeld. Ik had de bestelling toen binnen 24 uur binnen. De ringen zijn prachtig! Ik kan mij alleen maar voorstellen hoe mooi de andere sieraden en Jade armbanden zijn.

De levering was ook snel.

Had de verkeerde maat besteld maar dit is netjes op tijd hersteld na een berichtje via Insta. Wederom blij met de mooie ring.

De verzending ging echter helaas wat minder soepel (dit lag aan de bezorgdienst). Maar na verschillende contactmomenten zijn we er uit en is het gelukkig allemaal goed gekomen.

I have purchased Jade bangle and ring from Mayli Jewels, and I must say I am amazed buy the products and also customer experience from the order placed to the final delivery. Tuyet-Nhi was super kind and helpful and updating every step of the puchase journey. Ever since I can remember, the women in my family have worn jade. It was always passed down or gifted by mothers and grandmothers, and other loved ones carrying stories, memories, and tradition.

After a lot of research, I discovered Mayli on Instagram when I was looking for a local brand to help me. From my very first message, Nhi was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for since I liked so many things but along the way things became clearer to me.
