I ordered online - I always do. The process was easy,I have been asked to review before actually receiving product so as yet I can’t tell how service is full filled. I was a taken aback by Shipping Charges which for one T-shirt at £5 for standard UK postage is excessive I will be interested to see how and when it arrives!

I like Maze very much. I think it’s an easy website to use and the items that are for sale are very thoughtfully picked by the seller. There is always something a little different and also in a range of prices to suit almost everyone.

I ordered through Trouva but feel I have to leave a review of Maze as am so happy with my purchase. I bought a pair of Redwing boots which they posted super quickly and I received within 48hours of ordering even though was only the 3–5 days free postage. To make the experience even more lovely there was a handwritten thank you card inside my package from Maze. It’s the simple things that make shopping, especially online shopping, human and all the more enjoyable. Thank you Maze. When I’m in Bristol next I will definitely be stopping by your shop. I didn’t have to return the boots as they’re perfect but had I needed to I get the feeling I would of been dealt with properly and quickly!

I visited the Clifton Maze store and made a few purchases in Bristol when sending my daughter to Uni as a fresher last year. it was the first time I had come across this store since I have roots in London and live in HK.

On returning to HK I was delighted to know that I could purchase online which was wonderful especially during the pandemic and my experience was enjoyable and effortless. The goods came in a timely manner and well wrapped so no breakages or damage.

Incredible customer service from Maze. They uploaded a pair of trousers online early so I could purchase. And I loved them so much they uploaded the other colour early so I could buy them too! 5 stars.

We always shop at Maze. Wonderfully edited ranges, fair prices and great service.
Whether you shop in store or online the service is always fabulous and there are some very good deals in the sale (can be annoying when you buy stuff and two days later it is reduced, as I did this week).
My wife and I have spent a fortune with Maze over the years, and intend to continue.

My first experience of shopping with Maze, a very
positive one and one I will certainly repeat. Wanted a particular Bellerose sweater, found out available from Maze, but unsure whether to order size 10 or 12. Rang their Bristol number, spoke with Emma or Emily who gave me the measurements for both sizes and was helpful, friendly and polite, a pleasure to deal with. I am thrilled to bits with my sweater, exactly what I wanted.

I have shopped at Maze for years and find their clothing choice amazing a lovely mixture of European Brands and British.
