Great products, super fast delivery, only food my fussy dog will eat

I have a very fussy chihuahua, we have tried butternut box and different dog, which are both great companies and provide good dog food, unfortunately my 6 month puppy refused them both. Found mcAdams online just by chance I ordered the food thinking this was going to be the same as the rest. My chihuahua sniffed the new McAdams had a little taste then that was it, it was ate so fast I couldn’t believe it, licked the bowl clean and wanted more, dinners are now stress free and an exciting time for my little Chi.
I think this was due to the chunks of meat as it is like home cooked food and not just minced looking food like all the others. Thank you McAdams for your amazing wet food. We have just started to mix in the puppy kibble, he loves this too.

This is a great company. Customer service second to none. Occasional hiccups with delivery addresses sorted promptly and you get an immediate response to enquiries -from a real person. They understand that a dog food crisis is serious! Our dogs thrive on it and it’s made of free range meat which should matter to all animal lovers.

McAdam's Pet Foods is a stunning example of what makes British small businesses great. Absolute focus on quality of product and exceptional, beyond expectation customer service. Their dog food is manufactured using only the most premium ingredients - whole chicken and salmon, with no unnecessary filler or grains which are so common in cheap alternatives and are not healthy for canine diets. My two labradors love the Chicken & Salmon food and have thrived on it for over a year now. Their weight management, coat shininess, mental, joint and general health is superb and they are always happy to receive and devour their meal!

On to the customer service. After subscribing to a monthly delivery, the Managing Director Neil, introduced himself to me on email in case we needed any assistance. Last month the courier lost one of our bags of food and so I emailed Neil. I got a call that evening to apologise and to arrange immediate delivery of a replacement, and a complimentary bag. He then re-organised my deliveries to be fortnightly so two bags do not come together and so are less likely to be lost. Replacement bag arrived within a working day. The point is, it is just so simple. Unlike other suppliers, there was no effort on my part, Neil took care of everything end-to-end. This is true, top-drawer, British customer service in action. No call centres, faceless email inboxes or stress.
