Package was opened and used
When the package arrived, it had been opened as the packaging when we opened the box had been removed. Also hairs on the steamer brush, so it looked like it had been used

So easy to use and effective
Really recommend this electric hot water bottle. Heats up in 15 minutes and stays warm for hours. It has an extra band of fabric on the cover to slip you hands into to hold it which is very handy. A really useful and safe thing to have
