Made an order for clippers and trimmers…
Made an order for clippers and trimmers which were available on website then got told days later they were unavailable then tried to palm me off with ones which were about cheaper and didn’t get offered nothing in difference. Order was cancelled, then made another order a week later and stuff has took about 9 days to come which is just pathetic considering it says it should be with me within a few working days. And even then my stuff has just finally come today and turns out one of the items was unavailable again, so without letting me know they’ve just threw a similar item in which is different in price and less in the bottle 🤣 I’m not a Karen by any stretch of imagination but everywhere else I order from is usually spot on but it’s not been a great experience, considering I’m only about 45 mins from the shop it shouldn’t take 9 days to receive the stuff on a normal off peak week (or 2)

I searched on Google to buy a Cocco Hyper Veloce Pro Trimmer (Yellow) and found this website. After choosing my trimmer, I started a live chat on the website before completing the payment. I discussed everything with an agent named Abs, who was extremely helpful and supportive. I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service.
The trimmer can literally be delivered in just one day, which is amazing. I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely use this company again in the future.
