Not wonderful at all.

Tried to order some wigs for my Mum. I asked for colour advice and was told to provide photos of my Mums current colour.

I did this and didn’t receive a reply so sent the email again. I then got another email saying colours vary so let them know which wigs she wants.

I do this only to not get a reply yet again. I emailed again and asked why I wasn’t getting assistance.

I then received a very stupid email response telling me how to book an in person consultation.

Awful service - shop elsewhere.

Was very anxious about actually getting awake but wanted to do it prior to losing my Hair through chemotherapy. Took my best friend with me for moral support and an honest opinion. Janet was absolutely marvellous. We started off with a wig quite similar to my own Hair. We ended up going through lots of different styles and finished off with the first one. Janet is obviously very very experienced.
She thoroughly interested the processes and emotions and was so supportive.

Fantastic service. A voice to converse with rather than a pre-recorded message. A professional and courteous service all round. A pleasure to deal with this company and I will most certainly use them again.

Ordered shampoo etc for my existing synthetic wigs and it all came quickly and well packed, yet to use it but don't forsee any problems as everything I have had from this company has been superb.

Janet was amazing, totally put me at ease, listened, advised and was very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you Janet, I felt like a new woman and have had so many compliments!

We've ordered a few of these for my mother in law over the past few years. She really likes them, the quality is better than you can find on amazon etc, the care products last a long time and the customer service from Beverley has been wonderful on email. We will continue ordering from here whenever she wants a new one!

The company are very helpful and friendly. One of my orders was out of stock and they let me know as soon as my order was received. Giving me the option to cancel if I didn't want to wait.

The personal touch by Beverley was exceptional. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend this amazing company enough. They will now be my go to wig supplier.

I was very upset at my hair loss. I was greatly reassured by the caring, thoughtful suggestions given to me and all the options open and explained to me by a very knowledgeable young lady.

Fabulous company and service.
I ordered a wig but unfortunately had to cancel as it was out of stock until October. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call from a really lovely lady who said she had one available and would I like it...amazing!

Booked a consultation with the trichologist, but after filling in the forms they emailed me saying an in-person appointment wouldn't be needed for me. They said they'd refund the full price and also gave me a voicenote with some advice on what next to do. Really appreciate the honesty and the free advice!
