Mdtdesign Opiniones

I have never come across such a genuine person. Matt was so helpful and friendly and he listened to what you wanted. His drawings came back very quick and he came round again and went through it all. He always made you feel like you could contact him when ever you had questions and he responded very quick.

Matt from MDT Design has been extremely helpful and efficient in designing the extension for our property - talking us through the process throughout to make it simple and clear to understand as well as being quick to respond to anything along the way.

Matt at MDT was recommended to us by a builder friend. He was instantly helpful, and came to visit us as soon as he could. We explained what we wanted and he gave some advice with other ideas as well. Drawings were brilliant and any changes were never a problem. Contact was brilliant throughout. Definitely contact MDT if you are planning an extension. They've been brilliant. Thank you

Matt did an awesome job on designs for extension & internal remodel. His ideas were creative and practical; he listened and was great to work with - plus everything was super speedy. Would highly recommend.

I recently worked with Matt on a retrospective planning application for a single-storey extension, porch, and fencing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with both the process and the outcome. While others offered only remote quotes, Matt took the time to visit the site and provide a clear, detailed estimate. Although he wasn’t the cheapest option, his professionalism and transparency made the decision an easy one.

One of the biggest challenges was managing a difficult neighbour, but Matt approached the situation calmly and confidently, helping to make what could have been a stressful process far more manageable. He was always available, easy to get hold of, and consistently helpful. His personable and down-to-earth manner was a real asset throughout the project.

I would highly recommend Matt to anyone seeking an architect who is not only highly skilled, but also approachable, reliable, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for his clients. His commitment to quality and client satisfaction truly sets him apart.

We had a great experience working with Matt. He was incredibly efficient, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. His attention to detail and clear communication really stood out. Highly recommend!

Matt was helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible throughout the entire process.
He was incredibly supportive of the work we were trying to do, gave good advice and offered useful insights to the design we were trying to complete.
His support throughout both the planning application and building regulations application was excellent and made the whole process as smooth as it could be!

We were recommended to call Matt about our single-storey extension ideas and we have found him very helpful and knowledgeable designing for us a beautiful but functional family space leading into the garden.
Matt provided the first draft plans very quickly and the whole planning process went very smoothly and the plans approved without objection. We are now waiting for the next stage and hope that the build will be able to start as soon as possible.

From our first contact the experience with MDT Design has been completely seamless. Matt has been incredibly helpful and has provided fantastic ideas. He guided us through the planning process without any issues. I highly recommend their services!

As soon as we met Matt we knew he was the right architect for our building project. Matt is very friendly and personable and was enthusiastic about our ideas.
Matt helped us to fine tune our ideas and made suggestions that we hadn’t considered that now form part of our recently approved plans. It is this creative input and experience that we were looking for that had surprisingly been absent from other architects we met.
Matt provided the first draft plans within a couple of days and the final plans were agreed just a short time thereafter. Matt understood what we were looking for and delivered.
The whole planning process was text book and the plans approved without objection. We are now waiting for quotes and hope the work will be started in April/May.
We would highly recommend MDT.

MDT design ( Matt) has provided a top service, a pleasure to deal with, personable, talented and knows his stuff! Would have no hesitation in recommending his design services. We could not have undertaken our renovation without him. Thanks Matt .

Matt was a great help through the process, explaining each stage that is required as well as getting the design that we want to work. Would recommend Matt to family and friends.

MDT Design has been an invaluable support throughout the design and planning stages of our home extension. Knowledgeable, responsive, thoughtful and creative. Listened to our needs and provided practical solutions.

We cannot rate our recent experience of MDT Design highly enough. Professional, personable and totally focussed on delivering a great quality outcome for our project. It’s so refreshing to know that this is a company who values their customers and cares.

This is the 2nd time we have used Matt as our Architect and we can personally recommend him, very highly 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Matt offers great advice, design and support, from start to finish.
Matt's experience and friendly manner, make the whole process so much less stressful.
We wouldn't use anyone else.

Great service, no pressure and very customer focused - lovely man - highly recommended.

It is the second time we have used MDT Design for improvements to our home and like last time Matt has been quick to get us going and to respond to questions and queries along the way. He is very friendly and approachable and would recommend him to others.

MDT Design have been fantastic from initial concept through to full approval of plans (and every little tweak in between!)

Communication and response times were amazing. Matt and his team have vast experience in dealing with local planning and building control matters and that was evident throughout the process when trying to bottom out even the very minor details.

His contacts and referrals are of an equally high standard and we definitely appreciated the steer.

We would not hesitate to recommend their services and will be using them again.

I couldn't recommend Matt from MDT Design highly enough. He is an honest guy who is pleasant to work with. Came out to meet us and turned around our design and plans really quickly. Helped us with the planning permission after a few hiccups and has advised us on structural engineers and builders too for our single storey extension and kitchen design. Thanks Matt! I highly recommend.
