The item was exactly as described. Perfect fit very light and pretty. Ideal for cover up over dresses or trousers on holiday. Very pleased with it. Didn't take to long to come and was kept up to date with the progress of the order. Would certainly order from them again.

The photographs are a good representation of the products.

Good notifications, lovely colours, but a bit tight on size which is smaller than the given size 2XL. Wearable but not loose fitting and difficult to take off, due to small size. So rather disappointed.

If I could give zero I most definitely would I ordered sandals a size 6 and was sent a size 8 , I have tried several times to contact the company , but no response
Absolute shambles of a company, if you was thinking of ordering anything from them , forget it !

Addendum to my original post. The company made the following statement after my complaint which is not very helpful if you want size 6 shoes!

"Dear Customer, According to the company's feedback, the size is correct. Our sizes are divided into foreign sizes. Because the shoe size ratio in your country is greater than our average shoe size ratio, the order was sent correctly. If you want the full refund, please send the package back. If you don't want to return, we can refund you 8 GBP as compensation for this situation. Thank you!"

Ordered boots size 6 with free delivery in Jan 2023 from this site.

The amount taken included a delivery charge which to be fair, was credited back

The original shipping suggested that the boots had been despatched from America but when they didn't arrive a new shipping advice said they were coming from Shanghai

Boots actually arrived but were size 8 rather than size 6 ordered. Others seem to have had the same issue

I was offered a £4 refund to keep the boots. The company said it had not made any mistakes

I disagree, but there has been no further communication from the company

I now have boots that are too big and can't be used

This is either a SCAM or the company is very dis-organised!

Think twice before giving them your business

If I could give zero stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 2 pairs of walking boots as Christmas gifts for friends on 17 December 2022. Now 8 March and still no sign of them. At first got number of tracking messages saying they were in way but in very strange places and stuck at customs in US and the Ireland. Still no sign weeks later and no communication from company.
Eventually got a reply, after numerous attempts to contact, to say that the order had been resent as the goods could not be located.
Weeks go by and still no sign or contact. I will be contacting my credit card company to take up this matter.

Delivery of boots took 3months as they come from USA. When received wrong size sent. Ordered size 5.5 UK received size 40 EU. Should have had a 38.5 EU. Shame really as they are nice boots.

Keep away from this company.Boots ordered mid Jan .It’s now early March.Sent several e-mails asking for my money back.No tracking since early Feb .All MEANTIMET say is that I can send them back.But how can I do that when they haven’t even arrived.

No parcel after waiting 6 weeks gave me a postcode of where they should be as they said London but postcode was Aberdeen, Scotland. Not getting anywhere with them.

Boots ordered for the wife 19th January 23 as of 1st of March had not arrived. Contacted Meantimet several occasions enquiring where the boots where each e-mail received from them informed the boots was with the carrier. First of March I requested a full refund again they informed the boots were with the carrier so they were not in a position to refund me. Give this company a WIDE BERTH.

Total scam , waited 6 weeks for boots. Arrived wrong size. Not willing to cooperate or help in any way . Told me i could gift them to a friend .!!
I wouldnt even rate them one star .
Absolute waste of my money and time

if i could give minus stars i would, poor service sent wrong size no chance of a change keep being fobbed off,shame nice boot, anyone needs a 7.5 size.Jenny

Still waiting on boots from Dec 22. No contact at all. I don’t think they will ever arrive. Avoid is best advice. Really poor customer service. M Hewitt

Still waiting for a delivery since 19th Jan. Customer services appear not to know what they are doing or saying. Scam- avoid, avoid, avoid. I have given up hope of anything arriving or getting any reimbursement- horrible company.

I waited 4 weeks for my boots to arrive and when they did I was very disappointed. They were too big even though I ordered the correct size. I don't think they were worth the money and if I had bought them in England, I would have sent them back. As they were from America, It's not worth the money and hassle to have to return them. They are also taking a subscription from my bank account that I didn't agree to, so am now in a dispute about that. I would never use this company again.

I have waited since 01/12/22 for boots and still not arrived
On checking my tracking number cannot be found. Not amused

I ordered a pair of shoes size 7.5 UK the shoes sent by the company were marked size 44
Size 44 is a European size equivalent to size 9UK and the shoes are too big for me
The company will not accept that they have sent the wrong size shoes and they will not exchange them
They say I should give them to somebody else
I have contacted them several times and sent screenshots of all packaging
