Good points
2 trays, easy to fill and unload trays, drawer deep enough for both trays to empty. Good price and well packaged. Handle is useful for carrying item around , ie from kitchen to garden.
Bad points
Nowhere near the size shown in adverts. Quite a lot smaller.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

Placed an order and paid on 10th September. The order has not arrived 4 weeks later. There is no contact number to speak to anyone and the automated online customer services just sends you around in circles. You’re told you’ll be contacted within 24 hours- they do, but just refer you back to the same series of questions with no actual update. Absolutely awful, do not use! I’m only £30 out of pocket and that’s enough!!

Ordered a mascara as advertised via Facebook.
Was charged more than stated in the order.
No way to contact them as apparently the can't find my order and payment is taken from a completely different company.

Absolutely stay away from this company I ordered shorts and they took the wrong amount I contacted them to cancel the order straight away , they refunded the amount that was wrong but would not cancel my order , the shorts arrived and omg they wouldn’t fit a child !! I contacted them for a refund and they said they checked my prefer and was the correct size , therefore can I not just give them to someone they would fit , shocking customer service , now contacting my card company , total scammers !!!

Ordered mascara and eyebrow pens, mascara wand broke within a week and eyebrow pens dried up on opening.

Total scam, order never arrived

Ordered mascara. Tracked it all way. Was notified it had been delivered which it hadn't. It'd actually been delivered to totally different address 300 miles away. They're now blaming courier, courier can only deliver to address on package (wrong address) so still getting nowhere. I'm fuming at the incompetence of a simple issue like an address. Never again.

Product was mascara claiming to lengthen lashes. Its doesn't. Plus my eyes water constantly since using and eyes are sore. Does not do as advertised and of course, no response when contacted

I bought one of their "durable" dog toys and it lasted 10 minutes. When I told them about it and showed them photographic proof they offered me a £2 refund, which eventually went up to £4. I told them where to go. Do not buy dog toys from this company. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Complete scam

Placed and paid for an order 5/12, nothing has arrived. Clearly has either been lost in transit or never sent. After 3 months the company are still saying be patient! 3 MONTHS! My contract is with this company not the courier, their contract is with the courier, however they refuse to refund me. I wouldn't order from these people as they are clearly scamming people.

BUYER BEWARE

This company are based in China and not Cardiff as stated on their website. Not a problem unless the product they send you is not as described or faulty and then you have to return the item to China on a tracked delivery service at your own cost.

Thought I was protected by PayPal but got this response from them 'PayPal is not governed by Consumer Contracts Regulations or Sale of Goods Act UK'.

They are hiding behind the cost of returning goods to China as most people are not going to spend £50 to get a £40 refund.

Basically buy from this lot if you want to take the risk but if it turns out to be rubbish then you're on your own.

Bought two dog toys advertised as durable even states made for aggressive chewers. One lasted two hours. Customer service would not refund that item saying 'dogs teeth are sharp, its unavoidable'.
Tried to leave review on their site but it has disappeared.

Ordered hair straightening cream advertising very boldly “buy 2 get 1 free”. I ordered 2 tubes but only received 2. Upon questioning this with the company I was told that I only pressed to buy 1 not the offer. I hadn’t seen any other tab to press. Upon looking at their website it is very unclear and misleading as there is a tab saying “colour” which I didn’t think was applicable at the time of order as there was no instruction to press it…but I have now found out if you do press that tab then the “buy 2 get 1 free”offer drops down.
Despite my protestations to the company they refuse to honour the fact that I purchased 2 so would expect the 3 tubes with their advertising.
I am very disappointed by the whole experience and lack of customer care/obligations and do not wishes other customers to have to be subjected to the same.
