Extremely professional.
During a difficult 18 months where I have had multiple surgeries, each followed by various complications and the need for ongoing physiotherapy etc, the service provided by MEC has been exemplary. All staff I have had dealings with have been so efficient and knowledgeable but I would like to mention Mandy Steadman in particular who has made the whole process seamless and easier to deal with. I am more than happy to recommend MEC.

Great team and professional service
Unfortunately, I have had to use the services of MEC on three occasions over the last eighteen months. However, the professionalism of the team, in particular Mandy Steadman, made the whole process so very clear and easy.
Having to cope with any injury or illness can be stressful, but this stress was reduced significantly thanks to the prompt responses of the MEC team. All my queries and questions were acted on quickly, always within 24 but often much quicker. The whole process of making a claim and accessing treatment could not have been made easier.

I would like to thank all MEC team and in particular Mandy Steadman and Julie Newman for a great work done for me, for the quick responses and keeping me updated and informed with status of my queries. For the last couple of years I had to use the service quite often and I am always happy with the results. Considering current COVID-19 situation my medical appointments were quite often postponed that required some rearrangements. However MEC team were always helpful and reacting on these changes very quickly. I have not had any issues while using MEC service.

Excellent service for a newcomer to the UK
For an American that just moved to the UK navigating the NHS, private doctors and consultants, and understanding excess payment has been very challenging to say the least. Not only the team at MEC Medical (Mandy, Fiona, Julie) has been professional and quick to address any issues/ questions but also they have been very patient with me explaining (and re-explaining) the process. I don't know what I would have done without their support!

First-rate, friendly, efficient personal service
I have been fortunate to use MEC for well over ten years, during which time my wife and I have had to have several procedures, two of them quite major. I cannot speak highly enough of the speed and efficiency with which MEC deals with all aspects of a claim. It is such a relief not having to deal with the insurance providers oneself, and knowing that the MEC team know exactly how to navigate their way through the system and ensure that we get a fair result from the insurers. We are currently being looked after by Mandy, who is excellent, and so too have other members of MEC staff in the past. Thank you MEC!

First rate service. The claims admin was pleasant, helpful and efficient, and my initial referral was dealt with quickly, and to my satisfaction.
I only have a week to wait to be seen, so you cant grumble at that.
