MEC professional support
I have found Julie and Mandy to be exceptional in their customer service. Both ladies email you to let you know that they are dealing with your request and usually they have an answer for you that day. Having MEC as an intermediator means that I can carry on with my work whilst they take care of any medical insurance issues. Highly recommended!

MEC is all about customer service, which is always excellent. All the people I've dealt with over many years are unfailingly helpful, efficient and friendly, but there is one particular person, who's been there from the outset of my involvement with MEC, who is the beacon for all (Julie Newman!).
